I was hesitant to try this place because it looks a bit like a nu-bubble tea shop on the outside; all about sweets and the hype. But I was mistaken! This place is legit. Great tea options, fully customizable and lots of choices. The tapioca pearls are of perfect softness and chewiness. I had a jasmine tea with milk and the tea taste sticks around for a long time, which speaks of the quality and recipe they use. Very pleasantly surprised and service was fast too! Just tell the people at the desk not to poke a hole in your drink so you can shake it up before you pop the straw in. The taro milk tea is great here too, just order with less...

You used to be able to taste the tea before they packed it for you to take home or consume within the shop. Now it's really busy and seems to be too sweet 😔, even though I already like my boba tea to be very sweet. The customer service isn't what it used to be before anymore either. It used to be just the 2 owners, now they have a team of workers that don't seem to serve with a smile anymore. I do understand that the new location and fame has led this establishment to have become too busy and popular...

Excellent service! I went on a very busy day, streets were full of people and the little shop was crammed to the brim, but even then the work staff did their best to get all the orders out with a friendly demeanor! Impressed by the service even on busy days like these. And don't get me started on their brown sugar boba! Delicious.
