Vandaag, vrijdag 13 augustus 2021, had ik een hele aangename ervaring in de Veritas-Leysstraat. Het was drukkend warm in de winkel en in de benedenverdieping voelde ik me plotseling erg beklemd en was bang in paniek te geraken. Ik vroeg een verkoopster om hulp want ik wilde zo snel mogelijk weer buiten en de vriendelijkheid van die verkoopster was enorm “verfrissend”, ze toonde me de ventilator en vertelde me dat ik ook beneden kon afrekenen zodat ik boven meteen weer buiten kon. Ik zag op het kassa ticket dat haar naam Nadifa is en wil haar nog n keer erg hartelijk bedanken. Dankjewel Veritas en Nadifa ! M...

Ik kom binnen, dame die er werkt negeert iedereen. Dus ik kijk zelf rond naar wat ik zoek. Ik kan het niet vinden dus wacht bij de kassa tot de dame tijd heeft. Dame kijkt me na een tijd aan maar vind het belangrijker om alle producten die aan haakjes hangen allemaal aan te raken(?), verder niets te doen, en mij niet te helpen.

Ik ben maar weer weggegaan. Als je een hekel hebt aan mensen: ga dan niet in een winkel werken en alle...
