Horrible place.
Coffee was alright (dark roast so it tastes quite burnt) but the service was absolutely terrible. Waited 15 minutes outside in the drizzling rain for a table and when we wanted to use the toilet while waiting, they told us to buy a drink first while a table ainât even available for us. When a table opened up, they gave it to someone else who just came because they came in a bigger group and asked us to wait for the 2 person table. The bigger group got seated immediately. After buying a drink and standing outside in the cold, the barista grudgingly told us to use the toilet and give the key back immediately.
Would not recommend for both the coffee and the service, better off...

The atmospher was cozy and welcoming on a wintery day, the staff were friendly and charming. The apple cake was out of this world and the hot chocolate was a chocolate block to melt in warmed milk. It was above and beyond. It's worth traveling back to Bruges just to be able to visit these guys again!!...
