What they say is true – Europe is full of surprises! Take Burger King in Brussels, for example. They actually have someone stationed outside the restrooms charging €0.50 for their use. Incredibly, even paying customers are expected to pay this fee. Hahahaha, it's quite amusing and bizarre! Seriously, Burger King? You already profit from your customers, and you still want to charge for such a basic necessity? It's truly ridiculous. The attendant wasn't even wearing a Burger King uniform, making one wonder if she was an actual employee. If she was actually employee, are you paying her salary to sit in front of the toilet? What kind of era are we living in where customers have to pay to use a restroom, especially after making a purchase? Come on, Burger King, this is hardly good customer service. Customers pay for their food and should rightfully have access to the washrooms.
However, the food itself was enjoyable. I had the Louisiana chicken burger and the crispy chicken. While the Louisiana burger was quite good, the crispy chicken unfortunately lacked flavor. On a positive note, the fries were fresh, and the mozzarella fingers...
Read moreIt is well situated at the center of Brussels city and nearby De Brouckère metro stop. The place is clean and the foods are delicious. The staffs are polite and friendly. I recommend this place. Yo have two levels to done-in. You can take away too. You can order from the touch screen kiosks or nearby counter with personnel. The soft drinks are self served. You have options to fill in ice and then drinks of several flavor and types. One more hack, if you see the kiosks downstairs are busy, you will find a few on the first floor. Thank me later :) You can find your order number displayed on the digital screen for preparation and to be taken when prepared. Just stand a few meters back and collect your food and enjoy. We had chicken burger and fish burger with fries and onion rings with Ketchup, all are quite good. Sauces such as ketchups are of course not free, but quite costly (0.8 euros). I have seen 0.3 euros maximum across...
Read moreThe food is ok, exactly what you would expect from Burger King. The self service system and the staff are extremely nice and pleasant to talk to. The sole reason i am giving a 3 star review, is because there is a "promotion" where you get a free ice cream if you give them a 5 star review. This not only is disrespectful to the store itself, but also to the customers, both in the present and the future. Google reviews is a community project that has achieved a great thing, making someone that is unbiased and just a normal person like you (not food critics) give you a good idea on what a restaurant does and what they think about it, with this "promotion", they just spat on the face of everyone that actually reads reviews and especially the ones who write them on the free time. I recommend the food and the restaurant, but I believe it was a very strong example of foul play,...
