We had an amazing time in this restaurant. I found it through an app called Happy Cow, since my sister eats vegan and we needed them to have at least one option. But man, next to the amazing amount of meats you could pick from, the veggie options were so great! Next time I will definetily try one of their many vegan burgers. The concept of the "Build your own burger" is such a fun experience, and I was blown away by the different amount of bread buns, sauces, ingredients, side dishes,... we could pick from! You can definetily feel there's a lot of thought put behind it. The buns all seemed so delicous and colourful. Different shapes, tastes, ... As well as gluten free ones and dairy free for the vegans. You can come here with anyone and there's no way they won't find any thing. Our server was extremely polite and kind as well. One of the first things he asked was even if someone was vegan or veggie, and then if he could explain how it worked. A very clear instruction as well. Since it's in Brussels people speak mainly french, but he seemed to have no problem if someone said something in English, and was very patient with my kind of broken French! Since my family is Dutch and he heard that, he even tried to talk some Dutch as well, and he was very good at what he was saying! Just a very lovely memory I'll have of this place. Had an amazing time AND an amazing burger. I will come back here for sure!

The burgers were fine even if I found that the ingredients were not very tasty. Not the best burger I ate in my life, but the concept (of creating your own burger) definitely worthes the try. The size of the burger is quite small (depending of which bread you choose) but the amount of fries is correct (and you can also choose your type of fries among plenty possibilities). The price turns around 20€, sometimes a bit less which is ok and the waiters were very nice. A great thing to take into account is that most of the food comes from the biological agriculture and the menu offers the possibility for every vegetarian or vegan to find his or her happiness ! :) Went there with a bunch of friends. The place was cosy and we had a good time. I would recommand it for the burger lovers who want tout discover something new from a burger they would create themselves :)

Very cosy place haburger restaurant (not a fast food restaurant). They call themselves "burger bar" because they serve a number of different types of burgers up to your choice. You select everything (buns, meats, sauces, cheeses, additional veggies, tastes) and make your own burger according to your taste. Meat was very nicely cooked (medium with a pink inside), chips are tasty and for me the star was the ice-tea! Their homemade ice tea (framboise) is a must-try drink. I picked (ref. photo) my burger with Pesto bun with meat, cornichons, caramelised mushrooms and caramelised onions, alioli sauce, 3-pepper raclette cheese; and pepper&onion chips with martino sauce, and framboise ice tea. And really satisfied.

I went to this burger place in Brussels with three friends — two of us speak French, two don’t. When we walked in, there was a big school group already eating, so we figured there might be a wait. No problem. A man (who seemed to be the owner) took our order but didn’t say anything about delays — not even a quick heads-up. We ended up waiting over an hour. No check-in, no apology, no explanation. Just silence. When the food finally came, he simply dropped the plates off and walked away like nothing had happened. To make it worse, one of the burgers was wrong — it had mushrooms instead of guacamole. We mentioned it, very politely, just so they’d know. Instead of saying sorry, he actually said: “Well, why did you eat it then?” My friend had been starving, doesn’t even like mushrooms, but ate it anyway after such a long wait. Then he got weirdly defensive. He claimed he had warned us (he hadn’t), said the mushrooms might have “migrated” from another burger (none of us had mushrooms), and even told us he checked the security cameras to prove they had added guacamole — which they clearly didn’t. By that point, we just wanted to pay and leave. As we asked for the bill, he threw in a sarcastic: “You’re not staying for a mint tea?” One of us said, “No need to apologize now with tea,” and he replied, “It wouldn’t be an apology — you’d have to pay for it.” Honestly, the burgers were tasty, and it’s great that they have vegetarian and gluten-free options. But the way we were treated completely ruined the experience. We left feeling frustrated and disrespected. There are plenty of great places in Brussels — this isn’t...
