For that nothing special waffle being served with very rude attitude, being forgotten for the drink my friend ordered till her waffle is finished, however did not hear a single apologies. She(the staff, short hair) initially came to my table and start talk like, “Yeah~?!” As if she has gum in her mouth when she heard from other staff that she miss something to serve us. Again, no sorry nothing. I asked her “Do you remember We also ordered hot chocolate?” She said “No? I don’t remember? You ordered choco sauce.” So i said “No I did not. But OK, let’s say it was a sauce. Where is the sauce? We finished waffle already.” Then She was eye rolling and said “if you were not holding me here, I would have go and get it already.” Asked for manager, she stopped him coming cross to us and making her excuses, he took a good time listening to her, time to time just gave a look to us as if we are annoying. Finally he came and I started talking to him, she again came into my talk (this happened right in front of manager, but he did not stop her) and started to asking, “What now?? What do you want??” And repeat. Does not even give me a chance to talk. At the end, the manager said, despite of all what I said, he believes his staff, that she has apologized to us.
