Red Karaoke — Restaurant in Brussels

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! Got kicked out because we wanted to drink some water.

Context: friend wanted to get some water at the bar. She went to ask 3 times and waited 45 minutes, and the bartender told her she was too busy and didn't take her order. She just wanted some water so she went to the night shop next door to buy a bottle. Got stopped at the door and had to give her bottle to the "security" and that was understandable to not bring outside drinks inside. At this point, she still barely had the chance to drink any water and was still thirsty and started to not feel well. So I told her if you need water we should really get you some. So we went back to the night shop and that "security" guy FOLLOWED us into the shop to say that we're not welcome anymore, just because we wanted to buy a bottle of water to drink. We were not going to bring it inside the bar. They were talking about how we should respect their establishment and their rules, but they don't even respect the basic human need for...

It was so nice - good score on Google so our group of 20 came in, good atmosphere, nice people .. we thought… 2 of our group could sing quite fast, rest of our requests were ignored. Local people with not nice songs were more important while we waited. We ordered a lot of drinks. But apparently our group did not match their profile. Missed opportunity - we are your paying customers - we help pay your salary! We brought a lot of liveliness fun dancing happy people. Finally you let our group sing, everybody incl your younger guests liked this and sang along…. Then you cut off the song… why??! How dumb can you be …. You really do not like to have customers for a party and bring fun to your club and revenue. Never ever will I set one foot in your club....

Usually I have a great time there. Generally a good bar, but the security guard is very weird towards alternative people

I don't know why this last night the security guard completely told off my friends because I had a glass of water I was drinking that I brought from another bar, but he didnt say anything to me?

Also, for some reason, while I was dancing, the same security guard decided to keep tabs on who entered and who left the women's toilet. I think that's already absurd from a male security guard, but double so when he decided to kick my friends out because they "took too long in the toilet"

Very weird experience, I wonder if this is a new security or they're changing some of...
