We ordered a latte macchiato with an extra shot. The latte macchiato is KM 4.50 and they charged me KM 10. I didn't realise it until after I had paid as we had ordered other drinks too, and there was no receipt (!). I then enquired with one of the staff. The man who had served us had already left, so another person explained to me that an extra shot of coffee costs the same as an extra latte macchiato. Really?! Even though an espresso is KM 3 (that's just a shot of coffee). Read moreAs two back packers we had a half day here in Sarajevo and wanted to have something cold to drink. Can’t say if this was on purpose or not but service was terrible, the waiter wouldn’t give us menu until we ask after we waited a while and he did serve us lemonade and ice coffee without ice in 34 degree weather. When we asked he brought only for my friend not to myself I had to go there and get it from the counter myself.
It might sound weird when read it but we had that idea they were treating us badly way cause we are just foreigners.
