The customer service was top notch! We went today, and it was Diwali so we wanted Indian food desperately. Saw good reviews. Ordered chicken biryani, naan and chilli chicken. Their chicken biryani was really good, compared to other non-indian countries. We’ve been to other countries where they always overcook, or something was always off the biryani. But this was really good. They also gave free salad, raita and pappadam (which usually will be charged in other countries). Free complementary cold water too. The chilli chicken was average. Naan was good. They gave us free gulab jamun since it was Diwali. The customer service was good as they kept checking on us and asked our spice level before and then came to check if the spice level was okay while we were eating. Well my experience about the restaurant was a catastrophe before even reaching the restaurant. The information updated on google about the restaurant kind of nailed it hard for me when it comes to its operational hours. On google the info updated about the restaurant is that it opens from 8 am to 1 am which is absolutely incorrect ! I reached the restaurant at 10:57 and there were big locks on the gate (Please find screenshots and images supporting the same). The biggest disappointment was that i travelled over 8km and 30 mins to reach this place and its shut down :(. We went to Indigo based on the ratings here, the location is on the river front and interiors are pretty nice but we went there for Indian Food ..... being from India and having widely travelled the world, this probably was the worst food we had !

We had ordered mutton rogan Josh, eggs Bhujji, Bharatha and yellow dal ... all this was served in 12 minutes flat !!! The taste was awful and we are still debating whether it was purely STALE or BADLY prepared ... or both!

When the chef was called he had NO expression on his face .... he neither explained nor offered to call his boss as asked. We just paid and left.
