Had some great expectations whilst bumping into this nice restaurant on first sight. My first 2 choices, osso bucco and AU tenderloin were not available, ok no prob, but the ribeye I eventually ordered was way too hard. It was not a high quality piece, maybe Australian, but way too chewy.. I was on the brink to send it back, but it was just doable. Ordered as illustrated with tenderloin:with blue cheese, but it came with pepper sauce, no questions asked about the other side, but I ordered an extra FF, which came 15 min later.. My gf aperol spritz was not sparkling at all and tasted like an orange juice.. Staff were quite helpful but looked a bit stressed, and couldnt handle any requests.. The pasta seafood was overcooked, prawns ok, taste average. Nice venue, might let the food taste better than it actually is. Taste disappears mostly with great location, ashame.. I thought it to be French, but looks more like q mixed up Italian with mediterranewn dishes.

Went for brunch today with friends. Me and a friend ordered the American brekkie which comes with “bread basket”. My friend got his order first and asked for more bread. Wait staff came back and said they had run out of bread. Mine came 10 mins later, with no bread so I asked the staff for it. Again, he said out of bread. I wasn’t having it and complained and pointed out that American brekkie comes with … guess what?… bread basket on their menu! Staff asked me to wait and said that he’s going to check… and bang, came back with my bread! It might be just a simple misunderstanding but the lesson here is you better double check if this happens to you. It’s a small thing but tells a lot about the place. I also ordered hot cappuccino and it’s really not that good. Food was alright, nothing to complain about. Staff otherwise was friendly. There are a lot of nice brunch places in town and I just wasn’t impressed with this place.

My take is if a restaurant in can’t make their local food taste nice then maybe their other dishes aren't that good either. Went for dinner on Jan 2. We ordered Kampot Squid and Loc Lac. Squid was well cooked but very average, reminds me of a stir fry that one can find in the suburbs of middle America (as an example). Quality of the beef in Loc Lac was not great. The least desirable elements of both dishes was actually the rice - kinda hard and just low quality. Honestly am baffled by the number of good reviews. We even cancelled our desserts - as we can't be bothered.

Nestled on riverfront this restaurant has been around since the mid 90’s and still in business due to its innovativeness. Very clean and quiet atmosphere. Food was good, enjoyed the curry and fried hot basil chicken dish. Definitely felt cozy and would love to visit again in the future. One of my pics may be slightly darker due to the natural light, but a tad more upscale here. Bring your spouse/partner for a great meal. They have an international menu.

My favorite cafe in Phnom Penh been here many times before and it never disappoints. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. The food tastes as good as it looks and the coffee is a decent strong coffee ( so miss this, hard to find here ). They have an extensive menu and offer ground and first floor dining looking over the Riverside precinct. Anyone looking at a higher end cafe with reasonable pricing I would recommend here without hesitation.

This place is definitely one of our top choices. We have visited it multiple times for lunch, dinner, or drinks whenever we are in PP. We especially enjoy sitting on the second-floor terrace, where we can have a great view of the Tonle Sap river. The location is excellent, and the abundance of plants hanging from the ceiling creates a cozy and green atmosphere. We were even lucky enough to witness fireworks on the night we visited :)
