The service was so bad I didn't even get a chance to try the food. Arrived to check the menu at the street to find the girl playing on her phone, which she continued to do while I perused the menu. Had never eaten here so decided to give it a chance. The restaurant wasn't busy so I was given a seat near the street. I was given a menu promptly and was asked if I needed WiFi. I said yes but the girl walked away. Then 2 guys decided to remove the street advertising that hung over customers, ultimately hitting one of them. The restaurant itself was clean and no issues the day after with the food. The staff friendly and helpful. Even packed out leftovers for us as the portions are quite large (or our family appetites small). The restaurant was pretty crowded on NYE but that is to be expected. During my first visit, I chose the salade nicoise, which was very nice. Big plus for the anchovies and baguette, small minus for not having olives.
During my second visit, I had the cordon bleu, which came with mashed potatoes. Both the cordon bleu and mash were excellent! I added green pepper sauce as an extra to make it perfect.
I will definitely eat here again when I visit Phnom...
