The staff were very friendly and the service was good. The hotel is having some work done on a few floors but it wasn't noisy. Common areas on upper floors were not air-conditioned (as a result) at the time of my stay but in room aircon was ok. The pool is small but pleasant with nice view,, needs an in room phone and proper room service though... The man downstairs, he's outstanding! A real shining star of your hotel. In general it was not a pleasant stay. I booked 1 night from agoda. The location of hotel is great, close to cerntral market and pub street. The room was small and clean. Hoever, the "sound isolation" of the rooms were horrible. I could clearly hear people walking on the aisle / open and close the door at 3am.
