A special shout-out absolutely must go to our server, the Australian guy with his hair in a bun. He was an absolute star! His attentiveness and excellent recommendations made our meal even more enjoyable. He truly embodies the spirit of outstanding customer service. It was good for 3 out of the 4 hungry girls haha. Our server was very nice, and we don't go to Chili's expecting a fine dining experience but there was nothing to complain about food taste wise! You got what you ordered. However I was quite annoyed that 3 of my friends ordered the triple dipper, and my one vegetarian friend ordered a salad. They brought out our triple dippers and assured my friend her food was coming. 7 minutes passed, the server came back and asked how everything was and again assured my friend the salad would be right out. My friend said to go ahead and eat as our food was getting cold. Myself and my 3 friends ate our whole meal in what I would assume takes 10-15 minutes? and sat there with the empty plates, for an additional 5 minutes, and my friends salad still did not arrive. When she came to clear our plates, another server came and delivered her salad. In almost the same breath, my friend asked for a to-go box. We had things to do that day and my friend picked in my fries long enough while waiting for her lunch to curb her hunger. They brought her a to go box, but i'm quite annoyed not a single compensation was offered for her. 5-7 minutes running behind (even though its literally salad) is one thing. A strong sense of racism is what I felt at this establishment. Our server was nice until I complained about how the food handler basically threw our plates at us.. it caused my glass of water to spill and yet she walked away without a sorry, and other staff members saw this and stared at us as thou we deserved it or something. So naturally I was quite adiment about how wrong we were being treated, the server was apologetic and told us that the food handler was having a bad day BUT, after we paid we learned that they had called the cops on us??? There's was no need for this. Three Native Americans trying to enjoy a meal not only got treated horribly when we were all being very polite, but then, we get the policias called on us... So disappointing. The officers even said that the manager asked us to leave and that we wouldn't leave? lol and that is 100% a complete and utter lie, we honestly couldn't wait to leave. Brinkers International, inc. if you are reading this I think it is time you look deep into who you are employing to handle this location. Not a happy customer, clean up your act guys. I used to work front of house at a Chili's and this is not the attitude I was taught from my managers, sorry but this is a huge embarrassment on the Chilis...
