CHACHI'S — Restaurant in Calgary

Food is okay, but service is not that great, depending on who’s working that day. I sometimes order at uber eats to make it more convenient for me so I can just pick it up, but they always cancels it even when i ordered a schedule order (they’ll cancel it after an hour of me placing the order). I’m always just in front of the store and every time i order online I see that it’s not even busy but yet, they’ll still cancel my order. This happened multiple times. I guess they’re just lazy. Awful awful awful customer service!!! I am a manager at chinook mall and eat at chachis a couple times a week. Today they completely messed up my order. But I didn’t realize until after I had taken a bite. When I returned to ask them to correct it or refund me they refused. The only man that works there was completely disrespectful and said I had taken a bite so no. He spoke a different language to the other lady and then made a hand gesture for me to leave. And refused to give me my money back!!!! Worst...

My spouse and I ordered the chicken bacon ranch sandwich (for 12 dollars plus a tip I might ad) and there was one tablespoon (if that) of cut up bacon on it. He had to go ask for more, since it literally says bacon in the name, and we were met with sassy and rude comments about the next tiny tablespoon of bacon bits was the only amount of bacon they would give us for free.
