Update:
I did get a response on my review to send an email to the feedback email. I’ve sent several emails to this email address and another one since seeing the post to do so. Still no response to my email. What’s the point in having the email if no one is going to take the time to reply. Sure it looks good on here to respond and say to send an email which I had already stated that I’d done multiple times. This happened in July. I’m wondering how long it takes to check the email and respond?
I have to say we have never had a bad service from any of the staff here. However, the food has simply been horrible lately. I’m tired of sending stuff back or telling them to make sure something is extra hot to ensure it’s cooked. We visited on July 29th and basically wasted $50 the food was simply horrible. My husband forced down 3 bites of his meal and we left the rest. We went to pay and the people ahead of us were having the same complaint about their food and how bad it was. I came home and went to their website and sent an email telling them about how bad our meal was. Customer service never responded. On August 18th I sent an email to a feedback email that was given to someone in their review on here to contact them. Guess what customer service still can’t be bothered almost two weeks later and still no reply. Read moreWorst service ever. Supposed to be a table of 14 - split us into 2 tables and completely ignored one table for over 15 minutes. 9 of our guests had their food before the other 5 had even been asked about drinks.
When we tried to express our disappointment the short, older, Asian lady flat out told us that we were wrong and we had no reason to be upset. She completely deflected any responsibility.
By the time we had our food, our other table was already all done. Definitely not the way customer service should be done.
If the server had even slightly acknowledged that we had been let down - we would have been more than understanding - but she kept insisting that she had done nothing and that we were wrong in our expectations.
We asked to speak with her supervisor, or the shift manager, or the manager, our request was completely refused and we were told that our only option was to leave a review.
AFTER treating us like 2 very separate tables, they tried to charge us 18% gratuity for being a group. IF they had treated us as a proper group, and taken all of orders together - even if the kids were put in first - we would have been happy to tip way more than 18% but I am not tipping someone for arguing with me after I waited 15 minutes to even order a drink.
Our family eats at Ricky restaurants regularly and this is absolutely the worst service I have ever had.

Read moreI can't say I have had so much to complain about in one visit. The service was absolutely horrible. We were seated by a tiny girl that I could barely understand and would not stop talking. We ordered coke and a water, she brought Iced tea. My friend and I both ordered from the "Express Lunch" that took 20 min to come out. I am assuming the delay was because the lasagna was in the oven too long, that would explain why it was so dry and rubbery. The clubhouse was just alright, with little meat. The Clam chowder was the only decent part of the meal. I cannot express enough how horrible the service was. The waitress dragged her feet, had horrible breath and was soooooo very slow. When she FINALLY came to clear our plates and ask if we wanted dessert, to which we replied "No the lunch was bad enough" she just shrugged and walked away. Then, for what seemed like eternity, we finally got the bill the waitress asked if we needed a machine, we declined as we were paying cash. So we went to pay and my friend handed the tiny girl the money and she just walked away. Apparently she had to get change from our waitress, but did not say anything, not that we could have understood her if she did. Maybe the waitress could have saved us 10 minutes and asked if we needed change when we declined the debit machine. It had to be one of the worst lunch experiences ever.
