THIS IS THE WORST RESTAURANT AMONG ALL Today I went to this place and had the WORST experience. At first glance, the restaurant was dirty and it feels as if you were in Vietnam. I assumed that the food will be different and the cause of their unzanitazed place was due to no time and short staff. Plus we wanted to support the local people since we have a business of our own (not food business) But I was wrong. My family and I ordered 3 speacial soups to stay and a fry noodles with vegetables to go.
We started to eat and I did smell something weird but I did let it go many times until I consulted my family who was complaining right after
The meat inside the soup was smelly and and smelled rotten. We couldn’t continued eating. My mother was grossed out and wanted to throw up. I already feed my baby some soup and noodles and now I am scare she might get the ROTTEN MEAT BACTERIA As soon as the other only client left I told politely to them and I was expecting an apology but instead they deny and made excuses taht it was normal and nothing wrong and didn’t apologized and started to argue in their language with each other and didn’t allowed me to take the food with me. Also THEY MADE PAY EVERYTHING. (We didn’t want discount or not to pay as the owner replied bellow. We do have money and that’s why we eat out and take out. ) WE WANTED AN APOLOGY AND TO ADMIT BUT With no apologies and instead rudeness Thanks god mt father came back because when I tried to take the food the man was not letting me pass through him and stooping from taking a piece of meat with me so I could consult a professional if my baby ends up sick or anyone of us. we just came home and we ave the fry noodles with vegetables to my brother and we didn’t tell him anything about the meat. Also we didn’t want him to think bad of this place. Because his food had no meat in it. But as soon as he started eating he stood up the dinning table and said thanks to us but that he couldn’t continue eating the food because it tasted old and weird. There we knew we weren’t just being unfair and neither the dogs wanted to get close to the meat I brought to the house (look at your cameras and see how disgusted we were)
THIS PLACE IS DIRTY FROM THE INSIDEOUT they are greedy and for money and being cheap they lost us as a future clients (they assume people want free food from them and instead of taking the advice they have so much pride to take the complaint to make a better restaurant)
Sad story and now I am scare THAT MY BABY MIGHT GET POISONED BY THE ROTTEN MEAT
(My baby just threw up)
PLEASE DONT GO HERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO DISAPPOINT YOURSELF
(I just read all the reviews and whoever that makes a complaint saying they got sick or didn’t like the food...they reply politely and offensively saying things like “ if you wanted free food you didn’t have to complaint or if you have no money we can help” this is offensive and not...
Read moreI've been here at least 3 times, hoping to give it a chance, but every time I go it's always incredibly disappointing. I find the food very salty. But that aside, I won’t ever come here again due to the dishonest behaviour they displayed in my most recent visit.
I had a bowl of noodles for 11.75 and when I went up to the cash register to pay, they punched my final amount in at 14.88. I mentioned to the person that this seemed too high, and they attributed this to GST. This didn't make sense to me, as GST would not have somehow tacked on an additional $3.
I had to explicitly tell them that the amount was incorrect. They did punch it into their calculator to recalculate the price, however, the person at front still gave me a higher price ($13.88). I didn’t want to cause too much of a fuss, so I ended up just paying the amount. On top of this, I gave a 15% tip.
However, they attempted the same thing with other members in my group. One member in my party had to ask again why the cost was so high, and after multiple exchanges and showing the worker the math on her phone, did they finally explain that a party of 6 had tip automatically included.
This was incredibly frustrating because at this point, everyone in my party has paid, and they essentially paid an additional 15%. At the end of the day, I’m not upset with the few dollars. Rather, it’s frustrating when it seems like the establishment is playing dumb just to cheap the customers out on a few extra cents/dollars.
I understand if it was a genuine mistake, but I do not believe this was case because (i) if they knew about the extra tip, why didn’t they mention it the first time we had paid? (ii) When you consider the tip that is generally included with larger parties and GST, the amounts they charged me before and even after, don’t make any sense. Hence, why I honestly think they were just trying to sneak in extra tip money.
Overall, I would never come here again. Even if the food wasn’t subpar, trying to milk as much money from your customers is incredibly...
Read moreZERO STAR. Horrible. I found a long black hair in my viet sub recently and decided to give the restaurant the benefit of the doubt, payed for my sub and didn't complain about it. Same time my fiance had a sub and bit into a bone and pulled a big chunk out. I went back to try the pho. Disgustingly enough, after only have a few bites, I found ANOTHER hair in my pho. My appetite was totally turned off. I went to tell the employees and showed them the hair. The manager stated all his employees wear hair nets so it wasn't possible. As he said that he wasn't wearing a hair net nor with two other employees. I have blonde hair so it for sure wasn't mine. He mentioned he still has to charge me. I said I am not paying for it and he said he has to charge me at least half or he could make me another one. The last thing I wanted was another dish from their restaurant. I did not receive a apology which is all I would have asked for. He handled the situation very unprofessionally and completely wrong. Telling everyone I work with at the hospital to avoid this place. Very dissatisfied and never going back. Ps I have a picture of the hair and I will be sending it to the...
