was told not to come back?! thats ok i didnt plan to!! haha

walked in and was seated in the very back by the washrooms when there were clearly available seats closer to the front (probably an race thing because i noticed all the caucausian folk were sitting in the front)..my wife arrived shortly after. we ordered and i was impressed on how fast the food came out. Both got the beef sate and it was watery, no meat, small portioned, and overpriced. Shortly after, the guy with the glasses (manager i think) came by with our bill almost like he wanted us to leave. I was a little bothered by that as nobody else was being treated that way so I though well i'm not tipping. Couple minutes later he came back and said that tip wasnt included on the bill and if were going to leave it on the table. We said no its okay and buddy says "ok dont come back tomorrow ok?" in which we replied i thought it was the customers choice to tip or not..he walked away angrily talking under his breath and came back and said "this is the last time dont come back" HAH...

Absolutely terrible. I walk in the lady asked me what I want. So I say can i please have shrimp salad rolls and a diet coke. She said something then said what you want again so politely I say the same thing then she said something then said shrimp salad rolls I said yes please to which she replied what you want. After saying I want shrimp salad rolls and a diet coke 5 times the guy walks over and he says you want 3 orders of salad rolls and 3 diet cokes in which I really no just one order and 1 diet coke please. He said something to the lady and then he went back to the kitchen. 20 minutes I was standing there for salad rolls and a diet coke. Both were really rude and it took very way too long. I will never go back there even if it is right next to my work. Worst service ever. If I could give 0...

I frequently visit this restaurant and have never had any issues. Unfortunately, I had the most terrible experience today. I ordered food and used the pay-online feature(there is a barcode on the table that can allow you to pay online). I successfully paid for our meals and left the restaurant.

While heading back to the office, one of the employees started chasing me and asking if I had paid for the meal. This was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I told him yes, and he insisted on me showing a receipt. I did show him the receipt, but then he asked to take a picture of it. Without any apologies, he left.

This is so embarrassing that it happened to me. I will probably never go to that...

Decent viet restaurant conveniently located at the heart of downtown Calgary. Not sure what they do to their noodles but I can feel the extra chewy texture which makes every bite very enjoyable. It's slightly more pricey than the usual viet joints but given their location, I think it is a fair game. To provide some context, a rice noodle soup from bankers hall food court costs you the same but has half the portion. The staff are very attentive and friendly as well that perfects the dining experience. ------ Update: tried their vermicili and it is honestly amazing. Definitely take a visit for your lunch/dinner if you work/are nearby

Do not eat here!! 🪰🪰🪰 I had a disgusting experience, finding flies (Yes, multiple!!!) in my Pho! The waiter did not seem terribly concerned, swiftly took it away and then still had the cheek to charge me! Sure, at 50% off… but that does not compensate for the fact that there were flies in my meal (not to mention, I hadn’t even eaten half of my meal yet!) Absolutely disgusting! 🪰🪰🪰🪰🪰🪰🪰🪰🪰🪰🪰🪰🪰🤮

Came twice. It's a comfortable experience for dine-in but you need to make good choices for the food. The soup noodles were pretty good. The satay soup was full of flavor, could be better though. But we were greatly disappointed by the fried noodles. The sauce is sweet bbq sauce and not fried as we would imagine. It's soggy and sweet with thick carrot and broccoli pieces. Not worth the price.
