0 Stars – Absolutely unacceptable experience.
We will never return to this restaurant.
Two days ago, we called in an order for pickup, choosing three items directly from the menu on their website. When we arrived, we were shocked to see the total was significantly higher than expected. We calmly pointed out the price difference and even showed them the online menu we used to place our order.
Their response? "That’s an old menu." No apology. No attempt to make it right. Just complete indifference.
When we insisted they honor the prices listed on their own website, the so-called “manager” literally waved his hand in my face and began speaking over us in another language, clearly trying to shut down the conversation. It was beyond disrespectful.
Instead of acknowledging their mistake or showing even a shred of customer service, they pushed the bill toward us, as if we were obligated to pay whatever they decided to charge us—regardless of what we had been led to believe. It was manipulative and dishonest.
We walked out, and we’re glad we did. No business that treats customers this way deserves support. Save your money and your dignity—go...

My family and friends have supported this restaurant since they opened. Today we went and had a dish that tasted so awful we sent it back Immediately and were told we still had to pay for it because it’s our fault we didn’t like it…..then the manger had to argue with the “boss” and sent the male “boss” out to Yell at us two women in the restaurant which was the most disgusting and disrespectful experience ever. He even said well if you don’t pay for it I have too and not doing that……. Definitely the worst customer service I’ve ever seen or heard of. Unfortunately the food is not good anymore and the service 1000% worse. We have gone to other Asian restaurants for over 20 years and they would never treat anyone this way. Read moreFood was fine. However there's some glaring issues that told me management hasn't really cared about this little side thing they got. They continue to give out the lunch menu even tho it's only till 5pm. Took my order wrong and took forever to get to you. One girl floats through it with barely a smile and an attitude of indifference. One girl tried but she was hired just yesterday. The manager looking lady only takes payment and ignore everything else.
They have way more staff at main restaurant with no customer while this side was full, so don't know why they can't send someone over to assist
The hotpot doesn't fit their menu description and apparently the chef just sub out items themselves without informing staff.
And when I told all the issue to the person I managing my pay, and hit no tip, she reminds me I "forgot' to tip.
