Burger King — Restaurant in Edmonton

Went here for lunch at peak lunch time, my food was not fresh at all! I ended up throwing it out it was so bad. I called and spoke to the manager, Tina, who argued with me saying there was no way my food was not fresh. She would not let me finish my sentence on the phone and just kept rudely interrupting me. I was told she was going to look into it and call me back. I never received a call back, so I called again the next day. I had paid almost $15 all together for my meal, most places if they mess up your meal they will replace the whole meal. I had ordered nuggets, poutine, a shake and 2 apple turnovers. When they begrudgingly replaced my meal they refused to give me a drink... the pies I could have cared less about as they were actually the only fresh thing I had received the day before. But when you mess up someone's lunch you should replace the entire meal, at least the drink too. Ridiculous, terrible service, terrible food. The replacement meal was not fresh either. I will not be going back to this location and have warned friends, family and co-workers to stay away. If I could give 0 stars I would!!! Terrible, terrible,...

What's happening to my lovely calgary trail burger King? At first, when I came in and stand at the till ,but, no one came to me. Usually a generous and friendly male staff is always there. Two minutes later, an unfriendly appearance female staff came to me and I ordered. I ordered a Whopper meal and during my purchase, she never showed friendly smile and voice rather she was looking upset at me. I felt uncomfortable with her attitude. Then few minutes later, a Caucasian male came to the till desk and the female staff said what would you like to order Sir???? What a holy mold situation? She varied a different attitude. Is this Burger King 's training policy to the customer? Second, it was not busy but , the whopper tasted that it had been prepared. French fries was also the worst ever I have had at Burger King on Calgary trail branch. Never...

The staff seemed busy as it is Whopper wednesday, however the dining area was the worst I have ever seen at any fast food restaurant. There was a table with homeless people at it laying and sleeping on the bench seats they had no food or drinks on the table. The next table had more of their friends sitting at it with nothing in front of them. The 2 that were sleeping while we were there got up and left 2 pairs of dirty socks and a dirty toque on the table. The table was left to sit like that until after we had left. My bf took my son to wash his hands and he said the washroom was equally dirty and had no paper towels.
