Food and drinks were great, and our server did well. Kind of stinks the games device on the table costs extra, but I guess the point of sale company needs to make money somehow. My advice though: wait until the pandemic is completely over.
They do not offer reservations, but do have a "call ahead" list that is suggested to reduce wait times. Do not waste your time with it, and just show up when you are hungry. Our time was 6:30 pm, as established a couple of days prior. While we were told we would not be guaranteed a spot at 6:30, using this feature would start our wait in advance so that as 6:30 neared we would be near the top of the list.
We arrived at 6:20 and I went inside to check in. They found my name on the list, confirmed my number, and told me that it would be about a "25 minute wait" and that I should wait in my car due to AHS regulations. As I was leaving, a couple came in that was not on the list... they were also told it would be about a 25 minute wait, which suggests to me that "calling ahead" actually meant nothing.
It was not until 6:59 pm that we got the text message our table was ready. I know that quoted times waiting for a table in a restaurant are never a sure thing, especially with reduced capacity, but I feel mislead. We were actually ready earlier (5:30 pm) and deliberately waited until 6:30 pm because we didn't want to unnecessarily impact their system.
Do yourself a favor and avoid their "call ahead" system, and wait until the pandemic blows over, or just show up ready for a wait in your vehicle no matter what.
Pro tip that was suggested by a friend the next day: Put your name on the list at Olive Garden AND Red Lobster wait lists at the same time, and eat at whichever one has a table...

It was extremely busy for a Saturday, the waiters and hostesses were very quick and friendly with seating us and giving correct wait times.
Before I get into the food, I want to give a shoutout to our amazing server Sonu. Despite it being super busy; He was super friendly, great to talk too, and was awesome at checking up on us for anything we needed.
Now for the food and drinks, we started off with the Margarita Flight. For $17 it’s a pretty good deal. All flavours; Passionfruit, Caribbean Blue, and Watermelon were fantastic!
For appetizers, we got the Bacon Wrapped Scallops and the Escargot. The scallops tasted super fresh, but the bacon was a little too crispy for my liking. The escargot caps were delicious!
For Mains.. We got the Mariners Seafood Boil, and the Ultimate Feast.
Everything was sooo good. I got the Cajun blend. We got little bibs, gloves and claw crackers. Honestly, I always love a seafood boil. Everything was super hot and fresh. I loved every part of the experience tonight. The ultimate feast was also great!!
I would definitely recommend booking a reservation for quicker access to a table if you have more than 2 people. But other than that, this place is...
Read morefood was excellent. the only issue is we got 2 add on to entree items but when the bill came was only given 1 at the add on price.. when we asked why, the server gave us the speech about how it was only allowed for one item and that the system automatically sets the pricing for one item. So we asked her to please bring a menu back because we were pretty sure we read the menu differently and when we all looked at the menu together with the server, it said that you were allowed a limit of two items per entree. however instead of automatically going to fix the error on the bill, she asked if us if we wanted her to fix the bill... so that was an awkward moment so we just said no its okay and left it as is because it was only a few dollars but next time the server should just fix it without asking the customer if she should. also the lying to the customer thing was weird. she said something about, system only allowing one to be billed and that the old menus used to be say 1 add on limit per entree.. but these menus have been around for a while now so i'm not sure i believe that, i mean unless she hasn't worked there in quite some time...
