It is always busy when I come and buy this famous Cinnamon Roll. Personally, I am not a sweet-food eater, which this is not my tea. However, my buddy’s wife love it, so every time I visit Edmonton West Mall, I will come and buy a box for them. Their cinnamon flavour is not too strong because a creamy icing topping covered. They finish each tray baking, will let it cook down little bit by time counting. And then glacé the top with fresh make cream. This is why those cinnamon rolls have a beautiful icing topping without creaking. This halfway melt cream seal the cinnamon rolls and combine together, which the cinnamon flavour is not too strong. Brown sugar just melt without burn, which the sweetness blooms. I cannot handle it, if you like this traditional Canadian style dish, you cannot miss. If you’re disabled, do not expect to be treated as a human being. This was an absolutely condescending experience. I am a wheelchair user and I had my able-bodied husband with me. I went up to the guy. Told him I’d like 2 Cinnabons. And he completely disregarded me and asked my standing husband if he wanted 4 for 3. I said no, ignored me, then he waited for my husband to respond. Everything I said was completely ignored and he only responded to my husband. I pulled out my wallet and paid. And he still asked my husband if he wanted the receipt. The man did not even look at me. I was the customer, and he treated me as if I couldn’t speak for myself. I ordered 1 caramel pecan and 1 apple cinnamon roll and purchased a box of cinnamon rolls aswell and extra icing at the west edmonton mall location today I got home and decided to eat mine in the evening and was raw definitely not cooked all the way through I spent $48.33 and was garbage. I have to throw it out. To make things worse it took me forever to get the person serving me to understand that I wanted a large box to put the caramel pecan and apple rolls in one box instead of separate small ones.
