Booster Juice West Edmonton Mall — Restaurant in West Jasper Place

Overall I never really had any issues with the previous and new location, always had what I wanted to eat or drink.

Reason why I didn’t give the best rating and why I’m leaving this review is that If you cannot stay fully opened to provide full service to paying customers then change your hours and close earlier.

I dislike being one of those customers who come in and order something 20 - 30 minutes before an establishment closes but this one off chance I was walking by and figured I’d order something on the way out of the mall.

They said they would make me a drink but not warm me up food and offered it to me cold…

As a business owner if I found out my staff was closing earlier and not providing full service that they are paid to do that impacts my sales/revenue that would be unacceptable & disappointing.

Anyways, main take away is if you are hungry or want a snack at this location, save your time and walk to the food court if you are trying to get food 30 minutes...

Store hours on sign said open until 6:30pm on Sunday. I was refused service at 6:10pm with a possible 6 orders. The excuse I received was that the "supervisor" said to clean shop up early and not to serve customers. I cannot see in my own mind that any business owner would be happy with this decision. The company lost out on at least a dozen orders before closing time just from what I saw when I was there. I really hope the manager sees this message and deals with this situation. Alway love to go Booster Juice at West Edmonton mall location love the drink and Happy with my mango hurricane but This time I was there ordered 2 and stand there and wait while he make 5 drink for people that order after me when I go ask he make for me and say sorry then he only make just 1 so I have to wait for the second drink not really cool I'm not really happy with the service today .
