Time for an update.
I feel so special when I visit this restaurant. Today, in an effort to keep the oil down in my food, they used an air fryer which takes longer, so, they prepared me a salad roll to tide me over for the extra wait. Such loving care for myself and my well laid out beautiful meals.
When you walk in you will see the care & concern for both careful decorating and cleanliness that will help you to feel right at home.
When I hear my name from the people operating there I instantly know I am home. Hearing the many sounds of the the memorable background music, the people çonversing, sometimes quietly and some times louder, you immediately know you are in for a rich sound environment much like a small town cafe.
An adventurous and comforting solution to the loneliness of isolation blues and for lively small group discussions.
Choose your side the Pho side providing warm tones of home or the brighter breakfast side reminding you it is morning and gently waking you for a productive day.
Make sure to say hello to Dieu (Sounds like "You") and Chinh (the main chef) both are hardworking culinary artists. You will surely feel or hear the inviting presence of the most wholesome and creative Dieu as she visits with every patron she can. At times you may feel the treat and presence of the well educated, smart, savvy, and beautiful daughters Viviy and Michelle

Read moreWorst food ever! I got the unforgettable bowl. Hopefully I forget about it. Honestly, yuck! The holindaise sauce was a packaged sauce it was congealed and gritty. The veggies would have been great if the sauce hadn't been piled high. My husband got standard breakkie food and it was alright except the waitress dropped the food off said she would be right back with the toast. 5 minutes later I went up to ask for syrup for his pancakes. I don't think she remembered the toast until I went up. It was cold. The guy who took our order was awesome. Friendly and nice. The girl who took over didn't offer refills of coffee. We paid $8 for 2 cups of coffee! Didn't check in once and when she brought the bill noticed she hadn't charged us for the coffees so went and changed the bill quickly. It was the only thing she did quickly. I didn't eat half of my meal and told her while paying " not that you check or asked but this dish was disgusting." All she said was " oh, that's odd" then walked off. Sorry! We won't be back to this neighborhood spot. They lost me...
Read moreMy husband and I love Eggs Benedict and we order it often at different restaurants. So we decided to try it here today. Once they set our plates down in front of us, we started at it for a good 5 minutes trying to decide what exactly was happening and if we should actually try it. The hollandaise sauce did not look or taste like hollandaise sauce. Strange taste, overly yellow colour, weird consistency, and it looked like it had been sitting for quite some time. My husband described the hollandaise sauce as "horrific". We decided to scrape it off and eat the remaining food, which wasn't bad. When I asked the server how they made it, he said it came from a package. Service was very friendly though, although they did not ask us if we were enjoying it. If they had, we likely would have sent it back and ordered...
