An embarrassment to the hospitality industry. Before even getting into this review, I had tried this restaurant twice prior and had never had a great experience. As well…before writing this, I checked the most recent reviews and you can see a common theme here. They don’t take hospitality serious. (Sucks when you don’t have many healthy options in Halifax, that your stuck with little variety) In between appointments today in Halifax I stopped in for lunch at approx 12:50PM and you can see on the receipt attached I placed my order at 12:56PM. Shortly after placing my order I asked the server if I need an order # or marker that will notify myself or the staff when my meal is ready, since I was dining in. The server assured me that they will just bring it to me when ready, however I noticed all the other tables with customers had a numbered marker on their tables. Anyways, I found a seat and waited. After about 30minutes and no food, but watching multiple orders go out, I started to worry about time with my upcoming appointment. Never expecting that a salad would take 35+ minutes to order. After the wait continued I got up and walked over to the counter to inform the staff that I had to go, and request a refund since I never received my food. However, I stood at the cash for some time without anyone helping me. At that point I had run out of time and had to leave. $30 later, no food and a disappointed customer. Until there is real competition in this restaurant category this place will continue to disappoint without any accountability. I will not be back.

This was my 2nd visit here. It was warm today, 23C. I was finished work and wanted some food. I wandered around and many places were full. It was 4:30-5pm so it made sense. I decided to eat here because I figured it wasn't busy and it wasn't. I got avocado toast and a strawberry watermelon mojito smoothie. I wore shorts and a t shirt. I sat near the door, which wasn't the best choice, the breeze made me cold. The avo toast was amazing but the bread was a bit hard to cut. The smoothie tasted mostly like mint and had a faint strawberry watermelon taste. I had two chocolate peanut chip energy balls. One of my favorite of the 3. I enjoy the music here and heard 2 Glass Animals songs which made me happy. I'll dress warmer next time. I'd like to go with someone and try a wrap and/or bowl.

Harvest Clean is an absolute gem for anyone seeking healthy, flavorful vegetarian options. Their menu boasts an impressive variety of plant-based dishes that are not only nutritious but also incredibly delicious. Each bite feels like a perfect balance between clean eating and indulgence. The vegetarian collection is thoughtfully curated, offering everything from hearty bowls to fresh salads and wraps — all made with quality ingredients that leave you feeling energized and satisfied. And don’t even get me started on the smoothies — they’re a must-try! Bursting with natural flavors and packed with nutrients, they’re the perfect way to fuel your day. If you’re looking for a place that delivers on health without compromising taste, Harvest Clean eat is it. Highly recommended!

I really enjoy the lunches here. Everything is good. The caesar salad is impressive; better than at most sit-down restaurants. The spinach salad and habibi salad are great. All the salad dressings are impressively good. The hummus in the habibi salad is actually quite good. The spicy club wrap with extra chicken is my default order. The sandwich format is good if you are feeding little kids. The soups are good but they get their acidity from balsamic vinegar so you need to stir a bit to avoid all that flavour concentrated in one place.

The quality of the ingredients really drives the experience here. That is what you are paying for.

It's an interesting business. I hope they do well so I can keep on ordering. I hope they open in Dartmouth or Eastern Passage so I can order when I'm at work. They're consistently good. They seem to be expanding; I don't know how they'll maintain the high quality of ingredients while scaling up, but for now they are doing fine. In particular the "clean eats" claim does resonate with truth now. You can have a big lunch and get quite full, without a big afternoon insulin crash. The packaging is neat & tidy, as if it is from a much larger chain.

I've exclusively ordered delivery from HARVEST; I haven't eaten in.

Most of my orders have been through Uber Eats. Their own in-house HARVEST app works well, but with the drawback that you can't really track the progress of your order. It just says "waiting for the restaurant to accept your order," and is stuck in that status. About 20-25 minutes after your order, your food arrives, without the order status having...

Over the past couple of years, we've ordered delivery and dined in at this restaurant several times, trying almost every item on their menu. Their food is consistently delicious and of high quality. Unfortunately, the recent customer service experience has been extremely frustrating. On multiple occasions, we've placed takeout orders, had our credit card charged, received a notification that the order has been accepted and completed, but our food never arrived. Despite attempting to contact the restaurant, we've received no response and have spent time waiting and checking for our order.

After finally getting through to the restaurant, we were informed that our order could not be fulfilled due to staffing issues, and our credit card would be refunded. While we understand the challenges of understaffing, it is unacceptable for the restaurant to accept orders and charge credit cards if they are unable to fulfill them. While we appreciate the quality of their food, the repeated poor customer service experiences will likely deter many from continuing to support the business. It's a pity that such a great product is being overshadowed by such inadequate...
