HUGE Kudos to Bruce Trick (Designer & Goldsmith) at FireWorks Gallery. This was our first experience at FireWorks Gallery, and thanks to Bruce, will not be our last! We were looking to have a custom piece created to compliment an existing engagement ring. From the very first moment we met with Bruce, he was professional, informative, honest, but most importantly, ATTENTIVE! Bruce truly LISTENED to exactly what we were hoping to achieve and he FAR exceeded our expectations! He was honest and gave his suggestions when he felt our choices may not have been the best options. Bruce showed an array of options, asked plenty of questions. From there, he created a custom piece which far exceeded anything we had imagined.

He was thorough in explaining the process in which our piece would be created and was completely supportive every step of the way. The process from start to finish took approx 5 weeks (which was exactly the time frame Bruce gave us, since the first day we met). From brainstorming an idea on paper, transitioning it to a 3D computer generated image then to a wax cast..then to a breathtaking completed hand engraved piece. There were no hidden costs, no inaccuracies, no broken promises. I would highly recommend everything about this entire experience! Bruce has an impressive talent as a Designer & as a Goldsmith, which has left us with a very, very impressive wedding band to compliment our beautiful engagement ring. I cannot say enough good things about the excellent customer service and amazing staff. We went in looking to get some heirloom jewelry brought back to life, and instead of sending it for a full restoration (we were on a tight timeline) they were able to clean them in store and I couldn't believe how amazing they looked! I am so excited to be able to incorporate my husband's grandparents rings into our ceremony this weekend. I was also able to pick up a beautiful and unique pair of earrings to gift my aunt who is making our cake. The staff gift wrapped them and the presentation is stunning! I wanted to find a specific earring design that my wife had always wanted. I'll admit I checked all the standard jewellery sites but found nothing that was appropriate. At that point I turned to Fireworks Gallery and am extremely happy that I did. Working with George Hope, a suitable design was quickly found and the earrings commissioned. Despite the challenges presented by Covid-19, in three weeks time Fireworks Gallery had them ready for pick-up.
