A&W Canada — Restaurant in Hamilton

I was a regular customer until recently. The staff are rude, have little to no customer service at all. Hardly care for customer needs or wants. Since the previous owners sold, the new people working constantly mess up my order. The last 3 times I went, I had the worst stomach issues, and yes I had "discharge" if you'd like to call it that. No it wasn't vomit. If you buy a chicken sandwich, they won't add lettuce or tomato and they will fight you on it if you ask for it. Apparently it's my job to ask. I didn't expect the manager to yell at me. SIde dishes are always cold. Not warm or lukewarm. Cold. Cold old french fries and a cold burger with a little piece of lettuce. And never any tomato. The last time I went, 2 customers came up while I waited for my meal, and complained the items they had bought were not given to them. It wasn't something minor like a side dish or ketchup, full on sandwiches. And all the manager did was blame them and say they're lying for free food. Then she proceeded to drop my bag of food and hand it to me. I asked for a redo and she refused.

TL;DR: Super rude, disgusting hygienic habits, no customer service at all.

MY DAUGHTER N HER BF WENT HERE TODAY AND THE BURGER HE GOT TYE BUN WAS SO MOLDY I HAVE POSTED A PICTURE LIKE HOW DO YOU NOT SEE THAT MAKING A BURGER!! AND WEN HE WENT UP TO SAY SOMETHING THEY REFUSED TO GIVE HIM HIS MONEY BACK AT FIRST AND JUST SEEMED LIKE IT WASNT A BIG DEAL AND HE JUST GO EAT IT!! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING HOW DO YOU LET SOMETHING LIKE THIS LEAVE YOUR RESTAURANT ITS NOT LIKE IT WAS A VERY TINY SPOT NOT NOTICEABLE NOT THAT THATS ANY BETTER BUT IT WAS THE ENTIRE CENTER OF THE BOTTOM BUN AND TO REFUSE A REFUND OMG HORRIBLE SERVICE I HAVE ALSO CAUGHT THEM TAKING THE OLD FRIES N TOSSING THEM BACK IN THE FRYER TO HEAT THEM UP SONI NOW ORDER FRESH NO SALTED FRIES!! THIS A&W ALWAYS HAS HORRIBLE SERVICE THE ONE LADY IS SOO RUDE AND HAS THROWN MY CHANGE ACROSS THE COUNTER AND MORE, I ONLY KEPT GOING THERE FOR MY SON BUT AFTER THIS WE DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO A&W AND HAVE REPORTED TO LIMERIDGE MALL...

Usually I go to upper James a&w and they are really nice and staff also treats very well . I love going there most of the time. Today I was in limeridge mall and wanted to eat mama burger combos. I went to limeridge mall location but I left very disappointed. The girl in the front was really rude, she didn’t even smile and seemed like she was not interested in taking the order. So I ordered two mama combos and when she handed me the food the fries were cold and the burger was not even fresh. It was a really bad experience. I will never recommend anyone to go this location . U guys need to trained the staff well as like upper james. Everyone has smile on face while taking order.I will give 0 stars...
