Pita Lite Shawarma — Restaurant in Hamilton

This was the worst Cajun fries I’ve ever had. The portion size was ridiculously small for the price, and the service was just as disappointing. I’ve had Cajun fries before at Eastgate Mall, and they give a generous portion that feels worth the money—unlike here. On top of that, the girl working at the counter was extremely rude to every customer. Definitely not coming back!!!

Okay Again, First of all, this is not a fake review—it’s my honest experience. There was a couple in front of me, and I clearly saw how the staff was rude to them, which led them to leave and go to Burger King instead.

I am not comparing your location to others, but I believe customers deserve fair portion sizes for what they pay. A $5 order of fries should not come in a small side container meant for $2.99 fries—it seems like you’re just cutting down portions.

Service was good however the star of the chicken swarma dish was lacking. The chicken was cold and not tender or juicy it sat on the grill and dried out.

The rice was seasoned nice and the salads was Fresh.
