Pita Pit — Restaurant in Hamilton

Iv never had a problem fron ordering here, But id like to make a suggestion about putting staff on schedule that are more patient and not visibly annoyed when training someone. There is a learning curve with every job and accidents happen. Relax. Nobody can learn when their trainer is agitated. Work with eachother, not against. The first few weeks is when a new employee is eager and comitted to learning, show them its appreciated and that you also want them to learn the ropes, therefore everyone wins! :) I worked in the restaurant industry for 10 years, tempers flare from time to time, and not all customers are pleasant and acknowledge when you're busy and have more than 1 thing to do. Its rough. Take deep breaths and keep moving forward.

Perhaps a bell would help solve one of the problems the customer...

I go in to this location fairly often as I am a student near by and I usually have a great experience. The staff are always polite and pay close attention to the food (which has not changed even in my most recent experience). However, as a comment mentioned before me my pita did taste like green peppers (which I have strong sensitivities too; but as I mentioned before I had never had to be concerned before because of the great service) and I ordered a smoothie for the first time and it was unfortunately terrible. It was a banana and strawberry smoothie that came to me in a completely liquid state (as if no yogurt was used at all) and tasted only like pineapple juice (which I know is used to make it but that is all it tasted like). I ended up throwing it out because none of my classmates wanted it...

I rarely go to Pita Pit but decided to stop by for a grilled caesar wrap. The cashier notified me that they had daily specials and pointed me to the promos on the wall. At which point I saw the other sign stating that if you ordered a regular pita and were a student from either school, you would be eligible to get a can of pop, bag of chips or cookies. I asked about the student promo to which the cashier notified me that I wouldn’t be able to apply both but none of the pages stated that. The owner overheard our conversation and immediately he told me that they would update the promos but he was happy to rectify the situation. Aside from this misunderstanding, the staff was super helpful, the wrap was delicious and they do not skimp on veggies or meat. Excellent customer service....
