I give this location 2 stars only because the cinnabons still tasted good. Not sure if the staff were having a bad day or what but they were very rude.....not just to us but all customers that we saw approach the counter. We arrived at the end of the day so maybe that has a bit to do but still. When we got there we asked for a 6 pack of cinnabons seeing that they still had trays out to be sold. She cut me off by saying we are out of boxes. Confused, I asked again and she said we would have to buy them individually oh ok no problem. I asked if I could grab 4 then of the mini buns instead which she grumbled and told me she would have to pack them into the small containers. I said can you fit 3 in a small one because I would just do that then? She said fine. Another customer came behind me (still had cinnabons to sell and 5-10min left before they close) only to be told they were closed. When she said the mall was still open for 5-10 she told the lady I was buying the rest of the tray (which I was not) Then grumbled something under her breath. Terrible customer service. I understand wanting to go home but her shift was not over and there was still product to sell. Hopefully this was not their norm. :(
*update After voicing my disconcerns somebody from cinnabon reached out to me to rectify the situation. I am happy to say I returned the other day and everyone there was so helpful...

When my mother and I entered the store, we were met with indifference from the two employees behind the counter. Despite my polite greeting, they didn't bother to acknowledge us or show any interest in serving the waiting customers. Instead, they seemed more focused on their conversation with each other. After driving for 25 minutes to reach the store, it was disheartening to be treated with such disregard. The staff's rude behavior made us feel unwelcome. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect and appreciation, regardless of the situation.I hope that Cinnabon takes the necessary steps to address this customer service issue. so my visit to Cinnabon was disappointing due to the lack of attention and service from the staff. Read moreCinnabon has always been my favorite treat. Working at the mall I pick em up for my team and sometimes my family. Lately the past 6mths or so the quality has dropped alot. Very dry, Lack flavor & icing and than want more $ for icing. I went to go up to gwt some for my team on 03/10 and by 11am they were not open yet. I went back up before I went home at 5pm and paid $24 for a very miserable woman to sell me 6 pre packed buns. Not sure if they were older or what but like I mentioned... dry, flavorless bread. Won't be back. Too many other options
Just to edit... I can certainly appreciate a plumbing or construction issue however relaying that message would be important to the customer Instead when i went upstairs their were staff working in the dark and I asked the lady if they were open and all I got was her reply of " we're not not open" and I asked if she knew when and she replied ' no idea" Thank you...
