I don’t understand why you guys never start preparing the mobile orders. The whole point in paying advance is to save time.
I visited this place on April 10 (Order #9385) and April 24 (Order #9286). Both times all I ever ordered was 1 medium coffee. THAT’S IT.
I walked 15 mins to the restaurant downtown and placed my order for a medium coffee on the app. I payed 15 minutes in advance so it would make sense that it should be sitting in the corner by the time I arrive right? NO.
I walk into the EMPTY restaurant and the two young girls behind the counter are not doing anything. One is talking Indian on the phone with her friend and the other young (new?) girl is just wiping the counters while she clearly sees a mobile order pending.
I saw customers who ordered MUCH later than me get full meals, multiple sandwiches being made before my one medium coffee I ordered 20 MINUTES AGO.
What the hell is the point of mobile orders/mobile pickups/paying in advance when you are not even starting these orders? Can’t you take some responsibility in your job and actually try to do it well? It seems none of the employees take their role seriously and provide no help, which is sad because there are so many teenagers and young adults struggling to find work and employment who deserve to work and serve customers, but yet we are stuck with the same two young girls at the tim hortons all the time who never prioritize orders or take their job seriously.
I recommend please hire some more conscientious staff, staff who are fully aware of all aspects of the job and can read orders. It is sad that in the heart of downtown those are the employees we have...

Hello Everyone! I visited this location today around 3 PM. I placed a mobile order of a regular medium ice cap. The day employees were Indians.Two of them were Gujarati and the guy wa a Punjabi. I waited from 14:59 to 15:11 just for an ice cap which was already prepared by them.I called that Punjabk guy two times by Saying "Excuse Me" but he ignored. They did not put my ice cap at the Courier/Mobile pickup which they should have but instead they put my Ice Cap inside their counter which was kinda intentions not giving me my order. At 15:11 that Punjabi guy responded me with my ice cap which was already made by them. I did not understand what kind of behavior is this. The day employees should be replaced by new ones as they don't know the customer service. Whenever they see a white guy or girl, they treat them very very nicely but when they see an Indian customer, they always show Attitude that they are the boss there. It's not about the $1 or $2 coffee or anything, It's about how you treat someone. If you can't respect someone, then you don't deserve respect and even the Job. I request the Owner of that Franchise please replace these employees with the better ones. It doesn't matter you are frustrated with the Homeless people, It's their job to greet everyone same and treat with a manner and respect. Read moreIt's 849pm on a Saturday night and the one worker the guy with glasses no beard no mustache was so rude to a customer when asked what he was doing putting the chairs up on the tables at 849pm and was told the dinning room was closed !! On a Saturday night on mother's day weekend are you kidding me!? Also why no wedges or hot food after 5? That's a little ridiculous and early dont you think !! The other guy with a beard amd glasses had fantastic customer service skills amd was great with serving with a smile!
Also the parking lot is horrible to pull into especially when the big puddle is there, the drain pipe needs to be redug!
On another note though there was no homeless around tonight and my child was finally able to use the bathroom safely there! Thank you for starting to clean this location up ! Would be nice if I was able to sit down enjoy my coffee and read my e newspaper om wifi but your wifi is broken? Hopefully that gets fixed soon so I can come back to spend money
