The espresso is super acidic and bitter. I understand some people enjoy their coffee harsh, but holy smokes. I gave it to my friend to try and before her lips even met the lid she said "I can already smell how strong this is going to taste".
I had been here before as well and sampled their other roasts for espresso. They all tasted acidic (the barista said they had smoother options). Not one roast was smooth with that hazelnut/caramel sweetness that less acidic roasts have that pair so nicely with oat milk.
The sandwiches were tasty, but were toasted to the point they were baguette level hard to the point that when I flick it with my nail it sounds like I'm tapping a hard exterior.
If you're someone that doesn't enjoy your palate being killed by bitterness, grab your espresso elsewhere. Sprout, Bright Jenny, Third Space, and Deville are good options for a smooth espresso. Even then, I find a lot of places in Kelowna tend to have very acidic...

Arrived at 8:45 AM on Monday, June 30th. The posted hours say open at 7:30 AM, but the business was completely closedâno lights on, no signage, and no staff present. I tried calling but received no answer, and there was no voicemail message or notice posted.
Itâs disappointing to take time out of my day, spend money on fuel, and make the effort to show upâonly to be met with a locked door and zero communication. Especially during times like these, customers deserve at least a basic level of courtesy when operations change unexpectedly.
