The service was terrible, when I arrived there, even though that there was couple free tables, I was told because I need a high chair for my baby I need to wait for a bigger table and it takes about 15-20 mins. So I asked to put my name down. I waited for 35 mins with a baby and then the waitress told my there’s a table ready at the corner, I saw there was also a better table by the window so I asked if we can sit there and she thought for few secs and then said ok but then brought the high chair with such a rage that the table was thrown down. Then it took her 30 mins to bring us the menu after taking the order from the other table who came after us. I didn’t have time to look into menu bc my baby was so hungry so I just order first thing I saw in the menu right away while she was there. It took another 30 to get our food ready, by that time my baby was not sitting at all and wasn’t eating anything either. She even didn’t brought our drink! And when I asked her to bring our bill and a box so we can leave, she went to make sure everything is good with other tables while my baby was so exhausted and crying. Se throw the bix in front of me and said I’m sorry while rolling her eyes. Then my husband asked to talk to her manager, after many minutes when no manager came we were leaving when the manager said we’re sorry to ruin your days with a very softly. They didn’t even mean that they were sorry and I feeso bad to lose my time bc of these people. I’m just sharing my experience so other people who want go there know who they are...
Read moreWe just came in for a casual evening cocktail and appetizer. We sat on the comfy couch, overlooking the harbor, just after sunset. Jarred was quick to bring us menus and attend to us. He was friendly, professional and helpful. I was going to have wine but wasn’t familiar with their selection so he offered to bring samples. While he went to get them, I realized they had their own craft beer and maybe I should consider that, so we talked about my flavor profile preferences and he made some suggestions and brought samples of those. I ultimately chose their blonde ale, which was delicious. My husband had some nice tea and we shared a charcuterie board. The entire time, Jarred was a breath of fresh air as he was kind and friendly and never seemed annoyed at all of my questions (I’m a curious person)… if he didn’t know the answer, he went and got it. I am one who appreciates great service and with Jarred…not only was it great service, it was very pleasant. That made my night… thank...
Read moreSo me and my girlfriend visited Lunenburg, went to grab a drink and an app, our waitress was new and nice she was fine. The problem occurred when we ordered the roasted red pepper dip, just something to snack on while I had my beer and my girlfriend her wine. The Crustini's for the dip were so stale, I wouldn't have served something like that to my dog, it was embarrassing really, I am very easygoing and could not even pretend or put forth an effort to eat them, they were that bad. The red pepper dip seemed almost frozen lol we couldn't really spread it and it was just terrible. We were laughing about it but it was disappointing that our 60 dollar drink and app ended up being terrible. I still tipped the waitress as it wasn't her fault, (she was brand new and very sweet) and got it to go, we threw it out in the garbage bin outside the restaurant. Just extremely disappointing to go and pay at a restaurant and they serve something like that, when we ate really well along that...
