I don’t think the staff here can understand any instructions. I had requested for a Brown Sugar Milk Tea with 50% brown sugar and less ice , and was served a 100% sugar and 100% ice. I didn’t even notice the sugar difference and asked them about the 100% ice and was being told that that’s part of the recipe and nothing can be done about it. Absolutely hearing first time from any Bubble tea place this weird reasoning!!! And then I came back and took the first sip and its toooo sweet. Then after checking I saw this 100% sugar. And I came back and opened the drink just to see there is no pudding. Like nothing!!!! Why to up charge people if you can’t provide what paid for.The place is too far and in this winter I don’t even have the energy to go back and ask for a change. Please train your staff or else it will be your loss. Total waste of 8-9 Dollars for no reason. I wish I could give negative stars!!! Frustrating. First outlet of Chatime having absolutely ridiculous staffs. Even the tapioca pearls are so hard. Nothing is good about this outlet of chatime....

Went here last Saturday (March 22) around noon as I was craving for a Thai Milktea, which was my usual order in every other Chatime branches I've visited before.
I specifically ordered Thai Milktea with 50% sugar only, we walked a bit before drinking it so we were already a bit far when I realized that the drink tasted lychee and was super sweet as . Definitely not the drink I ordered for!
Not sure if the server misunderstood the order (though Thai Milktea is far from Lychee Tea) or maybe the cups used to mix the drink was not washed correctly or if the person before me ordered Lychee or if there was an order mixed up (which I highly doubt since I was the only customer that time)

Read more3:50pm 23rd January. Employees clearly don’t give care about their jobs and are extremely disrespectful. They don’t do their job properly and give attitude when I asked them to fix the drink. They weren’t trained properly or don’t care to make the drinks properly. They poured the hot water directly into the cup and didn’t mix it with the shaker with the ice. Since I asked for less ice they put a bit of ice directly in the hot drink and then gave me a warm drink cause it was not enough ice to make the drink cold. Then I went back and ask for a bit of ice and they gave me attitude telling me it’s because I asked for less ice. They then filled a cup all the way to the top with ice and poured half my drink in there and threw away the rest of my drink giving me a cup of 70% ice. They need to be fired because they clearly don’t want to work at all and will drag down your business.
