Masks are mandatory since July 18th, there are signs saying we need to wear a mask but all three employees that were working DIDN’T wear one. There was also a customer that walked in without a mask, and nothing was being said to him. They also mistook our order, we told them and they told us that it was not on the menu but my sister looked at the menu before ordering so I don’t get how they “don’t have it.” Instead of of arguing with us they could have just asked us if they could change it for us which the girl I talked to didn’t do. A few years ago before they renovated and before all the new bubble tea places, it was my go-to for bubble tea. But the quality is poor for the price we pay now. The drink barely tasted anything. The prices used to be fair and flavor was so much better. It’s sad to see that ever since they started franchising, they don’t care about quality anymore. Please see this and tell your employees to wear a mask, for the safety of your own employees and of your customers. There are Chatime and Presotea right next to them!!!! And their drinks taste so much better, plus their employees are...

This is the best place I have been to for bubble tea yet! Huge selection of flavors and a nice variety of toppings. This place almost always has a line but the service is still fast. They have snacks available too but I haven't tried any of them. A few personal favorites are Hokkaido slush with bubbles and Passion fruit black tea with mango pulp jelly. The menu can be a bit daunting for a first time visitor but is actually not to hard to figure out. Choose your base: black or green tea with or without Milk, juice or a smoothie. Then pick your flavor from the appropriate menu. Finally choose your topping. Bubbles are always great but if you don't like tapioca there are lots of options to choose from! Some flavors are also available hot. EDIT & UPDATE: L2 was recently renovated, which is nice but unfortunately the quality of the bubble tea has gone down. The Hokkaido is not as good. The mango smoothie is a bit watery in comparison to the old ones. I think management changed and now they are more like the other stores in the chain. Good but...

Just a sub-decent place to go. Their bobas are not exceptional, it is very chemical in general, a lot of superficial flavour. Depise the large menu and varieties, it is still very chemical in general. Many of them are not tasting great. The place is still very comfy and casual to go, very nice and friendly, but the taste is not worth the price, the time and all. Used to be a regular client but the quality is not worth. Bobas are more than chemical.

Taste: 5 may be 6 / 10, chemicals flavours are disgusting. Classic ones are alright, maybe good. Bubble: It is relative to employees, sometime it's good, sometime it's disgusting. Let's give it a 4/10 Variety: Large variety but doesn't offer a good experience - still worth a 8/10 Price: 3/10, way too much expensive for its taste.

Personal opinion: 5/10 The comfy and chill place is a big plus not gonna lie. It is very nice to go there in groups and all, but the taste is a big point to count. And sadly, it doesnt make the expectations of an...

This place was upstairs of a building which I think adds a good lounge vibe and suits their name, L2 Lounge. It's a great environment for sweet drinks with friends and chit chat. Has a good selection of bubble tea and other hot/cold Asian sweet tea drinks. The lounge offers a small selection of quick-bites food choices. We got the Thai iced tea which was delicious. It tasted like the real Thai iced tea and wasn't overly sweet. It was refreshing. It was served in a large beer mug which added to the lounge experience. The poutine here could be better although we weren't expecting much from a bubble tea shop. The fries were thin, long, and definitely not freshly cut.. Most likely frozen bought. Gravy was okay and towards the edge of being salty. Cheese curds were not real cheese curds.

Have been going to this place for years and have to say that it never disappoints! The staff is always very friendly (no matter how busy it gets!) and even if it takes long for the drink sometimes because of the sheer amount of clients, the employees are hard-working and you can definitely see it! Also not many people know that this place is not only for drinks but for food too! Unfortunately the kitchen only opens at 2 PM but their food is delicious too! I will be coming back for years to come!

Poutine looks good... from 5 feet away. Up close however, I don't know.. it looks like McDonald's fries. Can someone here explain? On the other hand. Bubble tea here is great. I mean look at the dine in portion. There is wifi, hip music, I guess. Attracts the young crowd. Therefore, not the best place to get work done or study. I mean, one could certainly try. Honestly, better than the chain spots in Toronto.
