Poulet Rouge — Restaurant in Montreal

This Poulet Rouge is a decent restaurant. The service here is alright their nice and polite. The layout of the store is kind of weird because you have to walk all the way in the back. They should have made the store Horizontally but I guess that is their store.

This Poulet rouge is okay compared to one of the ones I dined in. It would be nice if they have nutrition facts available for us on their restaurants and websites and paper form. They also don't disclose their ingredients, how their made, where it comes from and what's the importance. Their websites is out of date and for their menu or directs you to Uber eats. They need to update and change their website layout and make sure that it is easy for the customers to navigate around when it is possible. Hope they change that A.S.A.P!

February 2022: As for their food it was a decent. I ordered their flavor bowl Hercules and they were missing the green peppers mix and cheese when you order all the toppings. The chicken is good. I am surprise they do not other dressings. They just have tzatziki and spicy mayo which is okay but they should have more options when it comes to choosing. Because I have been to to one of the Poulet rouge and it is clearly marked which sauces you would like to and they ask you. Here, they do not do that.

They give you a bag when you ask for takeout which is good. Again service is decent. The food options, website, ingredients and nutrition needs to be upgraded and added. Because most of restaurants today have that information available to the public.

Honestly I never had a such bad experience in poultry rouge, I went with my two sons on the Saturday 29 around 6:00 pm, to this same location, my son went to ordered three poulet bowls, my SON ordered CHICKEN with bbq, he did not ordered other type of meat we only eat chicken or fish, at the moment that we were gonna eat, my son realized that what they gave us wasn’t chicken at the moment we checked the recipe we realized the girl HAD PUT, VIGGIE, we don’t even know what is that, we don’t eat other type of meat,we ain’t vegetarian, my son OF 15 years old went respectfully told them that he never ASKES FOR VIGGIE, when he tried to talk to them the only thing they did was lying the girl in the register and the one that makes the meats saying that Specifically ordered Viggie when he doesn’t even know that existed we are not vegetarian, they were rude to him and didn’t took responsibility of anything they js told him “we can’t change it” we don’t got any pictures bc at the moment we were just upset and mad about it, but if in any moments u guys check the camera u guys can see we left the store and left the food there, we SPEND 51 dollars on the food, we weren’t waiting for any changes we were waiting for any response from them and the reason why that happened, after they told MY kid that he was js lying cuz that what literally they tried to say, they ignored him and left him without any response or any apology, they were rude the way they handled it.
