We had the following: egg rolls, wonton soup, mushroom egg drop soup, Hunan dumplings, Chinese broccoli with oyster sauce, bbq pork fried rice, chicken chow mein, diced chicken with Cashew Nuts and vegetables, and Mongolian beef (beef sauté).

We ordered through Uber eats, so the price per item was pretty high, but comparable to other restaurants. Most of the food was good. Here are how I rate the items from best to worst.

Chicken chow mein: Very Delicious. I was surprised at how crispy and crunchy the noodles on top still were by the time we got to eat. The chicken and vegetables were also in a delicious sauce. It was a pretty good portion and there was nothing about this we didn't like. I'd definitely order it again.

Mongolian beef/beef sauté: Really good! If you are expecting anything like P.f. Chang's Mongolian beef, don't be surprised that it's nothing like that. It has other vegetables like red pepper, onion and snow peas. It is very spicy (for us) and the beef is very tender. We both liked it although I still prefer Mongolian beef from PF Chang's. I'd definitely order this again.

Chicken with Cashew Nuts: This one was really good, except I was not a fan of the type of mushroom they used. The slice was really thick and chewy and I didn't like the taste. Besides that, there was a good assortment of vegetables and the chicken and sauce were also delicious. I personally also dislike baby corn which is also in the dish, but I know a lot of folks like it. If probably order it again and just pick it the mushrooms and baby corn. We both liked this.

Egg rolls: These were just ok. They were a bit small, but well cooked. I love the egg roll wrappers, but the seasoning inside wasn't very good. I would probably will order it again because I love egg rolls. Maybe it would be better cold the next day.

BBQ pork fried rice: I like that they offer the option of BBQ pork because not every place does. I like that they put so many vegetables in it, but overall the taste of the rice is just ok. Maybe the next day cold it would be better. I may or may not order this again if it tastes better the next day.

Chinese broccoli in oyster sauce: I love Chinese broccoli and I sometimes prepare it at home or eat it at restaurants. The way they prepared it, it was too bitter. I would probably not order this again as it doesn't seem worth the cost to me. They sauce was good, but I'd probably order a different vegetable. Wok cafe does it better. We'll still eat it though, it's not that bad.

Mushroom egg drop soup: This was just ok. It was very bland. Most egg drop soup is pretty mild, but because they used frozen peas and carrots, that taste really overwhelmed the soup. I think it would have been better maybe with just mushrooms, egg and green onions.

Hunan dumplings: I normally love hunan dumplings. Every place has their own unique peanut sauce. Some are sweet, some are spicy, some are coconutty. I've never had hunan dumplings like this. I really disliked them to the point that I will not eat the rest. They didn't taste peanutty at all. The dominant flavor was soy sauce and some spice/flavor I didn't recognize. I also didn't really like the meat inside, although I couldn't taste it well because of the sauce. My husband did like them a lot though and said he'll eat them all, so I guess it's a matter of different tastes. They give a decent portion.

My husband ordered the wonton soup, but he hasn't tried it yet, so I can't fairly review it. It did look good though and they didn't seem stingy with the wontons.

Overall I rate them 4 out of 5 stars and I'd order there again. My husband thinks they're 3.5...

wow so many that went wrong! i just went to this an hour ago.

So #1) I ordered shrimp and egg rice (picture below) for $8.95 but the waiter change it to $10.95 on the paper without me knowing. when the bill came, i confronted them. He said it was FRIED rice with shrimp and egg. apparently the waiter did asked me if i wanted steamed or fried rice. I thought it was an option as he didnt tell me the price difference. I even wrote the order down just to be double sure.

  1. the picture i posted of FRIED shrimp egg rice, the green peas and carrots pieces are cheap quality that leaves a dry nasty aftertaste. If you google the fried shrimp egg rice it is suppose to have a light color rice with enough eggs scramble to it. THIS rice i had Barely had any scrambled egg and very dark brown rice. and it was served warm not hot! the taste was bad overall 1 out of 10.

  2. as i was eating this rice, i requested water 2-3 times when the waiter pass by and serving the food to me. so i have to speak to the manager just to get my water.

  3. overall, I have to speak to the manager to get the things i want! so if you try to request something to other waiters. they will just say "yeah yeah" no eye contact and forget about you. It was so frustrating to me. And I am a local here and asian. I love asian food but this restaurant is the least i...

I have been a customer here for 9 years. I made it a tradition to come for my birthday for the past few years. I made a reservation tonight well I’m advance. I show up with my friends and some people are late. Immediately, the waiters, and I mean every one, grow long-faced.

They bring us no water. We ask for water politely. They give us attitude. Then, when they bring it, we politely say, “Thank you.” Truthfully, with no condescension. No response. They come and remove the menus from our table.

My good friend arrives later and she has her beautiful son. She orders and attempts to make the particularities of her order clear. The waiter, who is already getting on my nerves, on my birthday, decides to transfer his ire to my friend who has just arrived. She is cheery. He tells her that he would bring an item from the menu that she did not ask for. He doesn’t try to clarify what the cooking situation is. He simple says that he will not do what she asks, doesn’t ask for what substitutes they kitchen can do. He turns around and walks off, seemingly feeling victorious.

So my friend cancels her order.

This is the worst service I’ve ever had anywhere since 2015.

This is my experience. I have decided never to...

For Chinese restaurants this was an average experience though above average was the help and attentiveness of the waiter. Thanks! I asked for a won-ton soup that was average. The last soup I had in this area was in the early 80s and can still remember the experience at a restaurant that burned down ( Hong-Kong). Our party of around 4-5 still discusses that experience today, some 40 years later! At that time we enjoyed a Sui-Gar soup: wonderful. After the won-ton I had been recommended the VIP dish that gets the looks from other customers as it sizzles away as they serve it up. This was tasty enough though I wished for more flavour so requested the hot sauce. Add a little at a time as it may be overwhelming! I added rice and washed it down with a Heineken ( they didn’t have the Tsing Dao). Concluding: good service and and ok food. I followed up with a bubble tea elsewhere that I took home as I had never tried and felt I needed to get with the youth program…
