IHOP - Lundy's Lane — Restaurant in Niagara Falls

Today I brought my friend here for her birthday. When we walked in they asked one of us numerous questions about Covid but not the other person. Then they brought us to our table, handed us a paper and an old pen and asked us to fill out the information. Our table wasn’t even clean there were crumbs all over it. So concerned about Covid we switched tables. The waitress approached us and she was really nice and pleasant. Shortly after the hostess came up to us and made us feel very uncomfortable for switching tables. We explained why we had moved. The waitress was trying to speak with us when it seems like a manager or supervisor (white woman with blonde hair) kept yelling across the restaurant about us and how we moved. She kept saying that it would impact the restaurant and to go back without even cleaning it. My friend and I felt so disrespected we looked and each other and we decided to leave. We explained to the waitress it had nothing to do with her. As we left we told the blonde lady why we left and she still continued to talk negatively to us. Apparently this restaurant does not need the business even though there was only one table filled in the entire place. This establishment does not deserve to have that waitress even working there she is too good for that! This place absolutely Disgusts me! I will never ever ever set foot in here again. I hope Carl reads this and understands what goes on on his restaurant when he isn’t there. That blonde lady deserves to be...

VERY VERY VERY EXPENSIVE ! ! ! JUST GO TO MCDONALDS, PLEASE.

We went to this place in the morning of August 28, 2016. This place is conveniently located where there are a lot of budget hotels and motels. The place is clean and orderly. We were greeted and had our table with less wait times.

The menu is just plain and the food pictures does not look good to my preference, but the posted prices are OMFG, not for any budget conscious traveler/tourist. The cheapest pancake I saw as CA$12.00 for 4 pcs. that's it ! ! ! It was just Soooo FREAKIN EXPENSIVE. However we wanted to give it a shot since we started to sip the coffee. I also considered just cancelling our order and just pay for the coffee and walk away. I felt disgusted when I received the bill. Anyway, it was an expensive lesson for me.

My overall impression and the 2x2x2 that was served for me and my wife was NOT and NOT and NOT ENJOYABLE AT ALL and the bottom line bill was CA$50.00+ for 2 orders of 2x2x2 and a pot of coffee.

I want to warn would be tourist and/or customers to stay away from these HIGHWAY ROBBERY PANCAKE HOUSE. The food is not delectable compared to CORA's Breakfast, Rockin Johnnys and Denni's, at the same price level.

If you are really in a budget breakfast meal which is at par with IHOP, I would rather choose McDonalds Breakfast, it taste better than this IHOP HIGHWAY ROBBERY RESTAURANT.

STAY AWAY FROM IHOP, NEVER AGAIN IHOP, I WISH YOUR...

After a wonderful church event, my friends and I decided to stop at the restaurant for something to eat before heading home to GTA. As we arrived at the restaurant, we informed the hostess that we would need about 14 seats as other people from the church event were on the way as well. Once we were seated we waited for 5 minutes for a server to finally approach the table and ask us for drink orders. During this waiting period a server (who we later found out was supposed to be our server), looked at our group of four (the rest being in transit from the hotel) and said "oh no"... she continued serving drinks to her other table. Then called a coworker over, and asked the coworker out loud if there were " more of us" and "if we were paying on the same bill or seperate bills". Immediately her comment rubbed us the wrong way (as we were four black young ladies). We tried to brush it off and continue with our dining experience. Thankfully we were given a wonderful server by the name of Lauren, who came and took our drink orders. While she was away taking care of our orders, the SAME server came back around and made another comment along the lines of "there's more of them"... At that point we were all disgusted by her behaviour and disrespect towards us and got up to leave. Although Lauren did apologize on her behalf for her behaviour, it was unacceptable and hurtful as we did...
