I wish I didn't have to give any stars because they don't deserve it. I live close to this one and have tried to give it so many chances yet today was met with still the worst service I've had anywhere along with they never have what you want to order, out of at least 40 visits they have gotten my order right maybe twice, they are neglectful to costumers, I see people waotnto order for 10 mins or more when itbosnt busy just nobody pays ATTN to them, the washrooms are always disgusting, I've had a problem since it opened and thought maybe after they get into the swing of things it will improve but it has only gotten worse. I've had a few times where they don't tell me they are out of what I ordered they just out a substitute they feel is OK in the bag and sometimes they tell me other times its a surprise. I really could go on, its been a negative experience almost every time. I haven't been in a bit but had little time between appointments and thought OK, what the heck, waited far too long as the only patron to order, they didn't have the first 3 things I tried to order, while waiting 20mins!!! For 6 chicken nuggets and a vanilla chai frappe I listened to a girl swearing about costumers at the drive through for most of the wait, while still waiting men came in for coffee and they got their 2 coffees wrong and were rude to them as if they ordered wrong until the man said nvm I'll just drink it then when my order finally came it wasn't what I ordered, the drink was a nasty chunky yellow color, I tasted just to see what it could be and I don't even know what it was but there's no way they couldn't have noticed it wasn't a vanilla chai, they tried to pass it off regardless. I told the boy it right and he went back and I heard the conversation, I heard her say well too bad I guess the machine is broken because I know I did it right, very rudely, I'm not saying it wasn't broken but maybe be polite about it or oh I don't know, check to see if its broken? He then came to me and said well its broken and handed me the drink, I said I don't want that, it doesn't taste proper or like anything and he said from there it was just a hassle, I ended up walking out with no drink, no refund and so disappointed in them yet again. They aren't trained properly at all, management can not be up to par if this is how it is there every time I've been (I live down the street, I've tried lots) some staff are nice but still don't know how to handle any situation and give costumers a hard time and other staff are just rude and couldn't care less if you get what you wanted or not, they act like you are interupting their time or something. I've called about this location before, I've emailed about this location before, I have no idea what it takes to have someone pay ATTN to the fact that this location is the worst experience for cleanliness, service, wait times, menu availability, proper orders given, pretty much everything is wrong with this location. Please!!! MacDonald's step up and do something because they are wrecking your name with this franchise and some people would love to be able to just go get lunch sometime without it being such a terrible...

Around 330am 4 of us pulled up to the drive thru at McDonald's on Stanley Avenue in Niagara Falls. My friend ordered 2 cheeseburgers and wanted to make one a meal. The drive thru attendendant told us that cheeseburgers aren't available as a meal. We were confused, then she said we could make it a 2 cheeseburger meal. She asked what we wanted to drink and my friend asked what kind of mcflurries they have. She said we can't get a mcflurry as a drink. We thought they could just make it an upcharge. She ordered a chocolate shake instead. We started to continue ordering, then the screen went blank and everything was silent. We kept saying hello then decided we should drive up to the window. When we got there we were told they cut off communication because we were laughing... We then finished our order which was a spicy mcchicken, 4 mcdoubles, fries, a chocolate shake and 2 orange shakes. We pulled around and waited for our order. The employee who brought us our food was very nice and funny. When we tried our shakes, they all tasted love vanilla. We pulled back around to have them remade. We thought it would be a quick switch but it was not. They argued with us. We weren't asking for our money back, or looking for an argument, we just asked them to put extra syrup in them because they tasted like vanilla. The manager (we are guessing she was, she's the one who made out shakes so told us SHE made them and she KNOWS they are right amd refused to fix them for us told us we are wrong, the shakes are exactly as they should be. I 've worked in the customer service industry for 25 years. We have all been thought the importance of the saying "the customer is always right". Never would I EVER blatantly tell a customer they are wrong and refuse to correct the problem. I would love to know who trained these employees, and that manager. She had us take our lids off our cups and look at the color to prove to us that the 2 are orange and the 1 is chocolate, She had us taste them again. Th3y were lightly tinted with coir and tasted vanilla. We just wanted extra syrup in them...could have been such an easy fix, intrad she treated us like we were children. We're not annoying drunk teenagers who are difficult to deal with. We're in our early 40s and don't get out much. Thought it would be fun to go to McDonald's after we left the casino, just like the old days going to that location. They could have easily fixed the probkem, made us happy customers, return customers, who gave them good reviews. Instead they were rude, unprofessional and refused to fix our problem. I would never train my employees to treat their customers like that and I would never want employees like that working for me. So unfortunately we'll never go back there again they've lost customers and received a very negative review. The only good thing I can say about the experience was that the fries were hot and my chicken burger was not cold. Really like sauce but it was...
Read moreAfter NEVER having an issue with our special request at McDonald’s in Ontario, we experienced it here, sadly. Our son (4.5 years old) has celiac disease and LOVES getting a vanilla ice-cream as a treat he knows is safe for him (not to mention he also has ARFID, a childhood eating disorder where most food makes him incredibly anxious. We can count the number of foods he eats on our two hands - one being, specifically, McDonald’s ice-cream). He typically brings along his gluten free cone and McDonald’s employees happily fill it up and pass it back to him (some even asking if they can try a GF cone sometimes-how precious!) He is always anxious about us making special requests in fear of a “no.” With an already restricted diet, especially in the heart of The Falls, and after a long day, he was ready for his “treat.” While many of you may think- just get it in a darn cup… it’s not the same. It’s not the same for a child who has to compromise on so much when it comes to food; who can’t get ice-cream at the local shop because of cross contamination risks; who gets to feel like others when he can have his ice-cream in a cone. Sadly the staff tonight made for a long trip home of parenting and reassuring that “we will get an ice-cream cone when we get back home” (back home to the city, the city of Toronto, where multiple McDonal’s support this, that make our son feel like a kid with no questions— this isn’t a small, “local” McDonald’s that is doing us a favour, it’s multiple across the city). We explained that we know the risk, we’ve done it numerous times, but there was no budging at this location. Our sweet little one said sadly, “don’t worry, no cone is okay”. Upon receiving the ice-cream (in a cup), there was no spoon. We kindly asked for one and the employee looked at us and laughed, uttering rudely, “aren’t you just going to put it in your own cone.” Although we weren’t, at that point, (it’s also not the same scooping piles of soft serve into a cone), we acknowledged the fact that even if we were going to do that, how on earth would we create an ice-cream cone without a spoon. The staff member rudely passed over a spoon after requested, with a subtle eye roll. Overall, I left with a very sad heart, and hope in the future no others get treated this way when a special...
