The Sequence Pizza — Restaurant in Niagara Falls

I hardly ever give reviews but thought I would do so as this 4.9 rating for this restaurant is absurd. Don't be fooled by these google reviews. This company must be inflating their ratings as they are a 2 star at best. Pizza was ok. Not filled with flavour as everyone is suggesting here. I asked for one well done and it wasn't. They were very skimpy on toppings. I wanted to order from uber eats but the inability to split toppings on the pizza forced me to call in to place the order. On uber eats they offer a free lava cake if you spend $40. I asked if they could honor this but they refused to when I went in to pick up the food in person. Customer service was poor. The woman serving me looked dis-interested in me being in there. I asked for extra napkins before I left. She ran out (giving me 2) and then walked away completely ignoring me as she half attempted to refill the napkin dispenser. They are attached to a gas station and I felt every bit as if I got pizza from a gas station...

After spending time in Clifton Hill, the family was very hungry and we used Google maps to search for good pizza places near Clifton Hill.

All the pizza places had average reviews but this place had five star reviews. While it was a little bit out of our way with a 15 minute walk away from Clifton Hill, we are so happy that we tried this place.

The sequence pizza is run by a family and it shows. The quality of the ingredients and the love and care put into the pizza is really something different.

If you like Indian cuisine then be sure to try their signature sequence pizza. It was absolutely mind-blowing. We also tried the vegetarian pizza and were amazed at how good it was and how fresh the ingredients were.

The staff is extremely friendly and always have a smile on their face.

Every time we come to Niagara falls we will be sure to pass by the sequence pizza. Keep it up guys...

I've had Pizza Pizza before, especially their single slice, but this was my 1st time using their online order system so thought I'd review it. Overall is a good tool, easy to use. I like the many options for sauces, crust, toppings. While they don't have gluten or wheat free crust options, the crust is tasty and you can order it baked as you want. It's really great that the have dairy free cheese and it is actually liked by my kids, definite bonus. I'm not a huge fan of the sauce, it's a bit tomato pasty for me and it is pricy compared to others but they do have decent topping coverage (would like a bit more cheese though) and guarantee delivery under 40...
