Disappointing Experience

I visited this location around 5 AM and was extremely disappointed with the service and hygiene standards.

Firstly, the staff member on duty was wearing AirPods and using her phone, which came across as unprofessional and inattentive. When I asked for a menu, I was directed to watch a slideshow screen, wasting valuable time. Eventually, I had to look up the menu on my phone, even though assistance was readily available.

When I inquired about the toppings for an item, I was met with a dismissive and culturally insensitive response. I was told bluntly that I “would not like it” because it catered to a “white and black people” taste, and the vegetables remained raw even after cooking. Despite trying to explain my question multiple times, the staff member was unwilling to listen and responded rudely, stating, “If you want to order, you can, I don’t mind.”

Additionally, hygiene was a serious concern. Food items were left out, and the staff member, still wearing AirPods, scratched her ear while speaking to me.

Overall, this experience was disappointing and unprofessional. I ended up leaving and going to Tim Hortons instead. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve their service and maintain proper...

I recently visited Piza Fiamma , and I must say, it was an incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, the welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff made me feel right at home.

The pizza was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly baked. The crust had just the right amount of crispiness, the toppings were generous, and the cheese was perfectly melted. I tried their vege tandoori pizza , and it was bursting with flavor!

Not only was the food amazing, but the service was also top-notch. The staff was attentive, quick, and always had a smile on their faces. The restaurant was clean, well-maintained, and had a great ambiance for both casual dining and special occasions.

Overall, Pizza Fiamma is hands down one of the best pizza places I’ve been to. Whether you’re a pizza lover or just looking for a great place to eat, this is a must-visit! Highly recommended! Thanks Jaspreet

Ordered online for delivery for a party (received a confirmation email). About 10 minutes after it was supposed to arrive and still hadn’t, I phoned the store who reported they did not have a delivery driver. I asked why they wouldn’t have called to inform me of this and offered to just come pick my order up. The person on the phone said they hadn’t made the order yet so I could come by in 30 minutes to pick it up. I expressed frustration with this because I was hosting a party, which would be ending in 50 minutes and now the children would not be fed. They could not give a reason as to why this occurred and did not even offer an apology. Just kept repeating it would be ready in 30 minutes.
