The washrooms were clean at the time of my visit . The only problem I realized was lack of diversity and inclusion as the staff only spoke Indian dialect loudly even with the wide range of customers. With the challenges that come with the limited job opportunities within Niagara Falls City, it is surprising how the human resources department managed to only secure jobs to people of one ethnicity serving on Thursday 21st November 2024.

Tim Hortons is one brand that should be at the forefront to champion for inclusion and diversity in all their stores .

Health and hygiene is also another factor that should be of Paramount importance especially where the customers consume their food or snack.

Check time on Camera at 1555hrd and you will see an elderly lady on white jacket requesting for the attendant to clean the table for her.Hygiene should be very basic .

As part of the large customer community,we empress diversity and we appreciate every community as much as the impression of professionalism should be held high while staff address each other with the official language which is both English and French...
