Honestly, this place does not even deserve 1 star. I called them and placed my order and while placing my order I advised of my address in GREAT detail. All was fine and my delivery charge was $5.00, wait time 45 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes, I receive a call and was advised that my delivery charge was now $15.00. I questioned why and the reasoning was because I live too far, but I live off of the same street they are located on and because they had to use a third party delivery company.. I was upset that I was receiving this call 10 minutes prior to receiving my order. I declined the $15.00 delivery charge as I was told different and it wasn't my fault that the mistake was the person who took my order.. The girl who originally took my order just kept making up excuses that didn't make sense at all.. So, the owner comes on the phone and says that he is busy and would talk to the delivery driver to see what can be done and call me right back.... 15 minutes passes by no call... waited another 10 and still nothing. I would never order from here, their incompetence is unreal. No customer service skills whatsoever. A company should have better management skills to correct situations such as: unhappy customers due to their employees actions.
In addition; their website states that if you order online you would receive a 10% discount, so I ordered online, got a confirmation code, but didn't get an option of delivery... that's why I contacted their store to confirm delivery. The person (a girl) on the phone told me they didn't receive any order online, despite the confirmation code.. and she said the 10% only applies to walk-ins... where does it say that on your website... oh wait, NO WHERE! Note for the owner: Be more organized and don't false advertise to your potential customers!

Read moreI placed an order through ubereats on Saturday july 18,2020. I called the restaurant to confirm the order. I told them as it was a hotel delivery and i had informed front desk that once delivery arrives , to inform me and reception said that they will. The lady on the phone at the restaurant told me that she wanted my room number as it was a hotel order and she clearly said "it was the hotel policy that orders cannot be left at reception desk". I checked with reception again and they said the hotel did not have any such policy and they respect client privacy and they inform their guests when food orders are delivered to reception desk. This shows that restaurant phone attendent lied and the hotel has asked me to give them the information about the restaurant so that they can bring up the issue with ubereats as they dont like restaurant giving wrong information to their guests using their names when their guests order through uber eats.
