I highly recommend this Vietnamese restaurant for their excellent noodles! Every time I pass through Kingston from London, ON, I make it a point to stop here. Their spicy beef noodle soup is my absolute favorite – it’s a must-try!

I have a peanut allergy and I was very impressed with the level of care taken by staff when accommodating my allergy. As a person with food allergies it can be nerve-wracking to eat at restaurants that use peanuts, but I felt incredibly reassured throughout the experience. A lot of the anxiety involved in the experience of dining with an allergy is assessing how well your allergy is communicated and understood by staff. Every time one must weigh the risks and decide if a meal is likely to be safe.

I highly recommend those with nut allergies give this spot a try. Of course there is never going to be a 100% guarantee of no crossed contamination wherever you eat, but I personally felt very safe dining at Pho Chopstix.

And the pho was delicious! I had the spicy beef pho and added beef balls. The spice level was perfect, the beef balls had the perfect texture and overall was the perfect remedy for a cold day. I will definitely be back the next time I am...

We had dinner here on the 1st of July, Canada Day, just before the fireworks go off at 10PM. We were looking for something close, decent, and affordable.

The server took our orders in as the last orders of the night as it was around 8:30.

Price was very reasonable. My group ordered a lot of the different Pho dishes and the special pho.

The Special Pho Chopstix with Short Rib ($18.95) has a lot of meat in it and is also big enough to share between 2 people. I believe it only comes in the large size.

I also wanted to sample how their rice dishes are so I ordered the Spicy Stir Fried Lemongrass Beef ($14.50). It came with some chopped cucumber. The beef lemongrass was alright but nothing extraordinary.
