I recently visited Brown Social House, and overall, it was a great experience! The atmosphere was relaxed, and the service was friendly and efficient. We started with drinks and nachos, which were absolutely delicious. The nachos had the perfect balance of cheese—melty and gooey inside, making them a standout dish.
For dessert, we tried a unique cream brownie that had a surprising but pleasant flavor, offering a nice twist on the traditional brownie. The food was satisfying, and everything was served with care.
However, as a vegetarian, I found the vegetable variety a bit lacking. While the dishes we tried were tasty, it might be more challenging for vegetarians to find a lot of variety in the menu. I would love to see more veggie-friendly options in the future.
Overall, I would definitely recommend it for a casual outing with friends, especially if you’re a fan of nachos! Just keep in mind the limited veggie options if you’re looking for more...

Overpriced and skimpy corporate cookie-cutter restaurant chain based on my experience.
Paid $18 (before tax) for a totally average pub burger, and a few fries -- served not on the plate but in a little stainless steel cup. I'm guessing like this was a "clever" way to cut potato costs by 50%.
Ketchup was served literally 1 teaspoon at a time in another tiny stainless dish. Asking for and receiving extra ketchup required about 15 minutes at which point I was given another teaspoon.
My Diet Coke was served in a super thin tumbler that I'm pretty sure held about half a can worth of pop. This didn't stop them from filling it to the brim with ice though. Seemed like about two sips before I was empty and had to wait 15 minutes for another 10¢ worth of drink.
Everything felt as cheaped out as possible with prices inflated to the maximum. I plan to avoid Browns for the...
Read moreI don't want to give too many details as it sound be confidential. But a friend and mine dined at this location last night when a senior citizen fell next to us and had a medical emergency. Staff actually stepped over her while we were performing first aid! Not one staff member came to the family to assist and we had to request them to call 911, get cloth's and ice and a chair. The most shocking was when the family in crisis was presented with their bill as their Mom was being loaded into an ambulance. My guest and I stayed for some time after and not one staff member came to speak with us about the incident or make a report. I am sad and shocked for this family. There is no excuse to not have 1 staff member on shift to handle this sort of critical situation, or at least know not to step over people recieving medical attention and CPR....
