Very funny ambiance There not warm or smilly it seams when I'M eating there looking at me that place is weird but I'M a big seafood eater and i travel everywhere it's my job I eat seafood once a week over 40 times a year from Florida New York Texas Oklahoma The Dakotas ARIZONA New Mexico KANSAS Montreal Alberta now yesterday here I'M a very good judge of seafood I really was fighting with myself between 2 or 3 stars to much rice on there rools i need to taste the combination rice and my choice what I put on The buffet had squid Calamari shrimp 2 different kind of mussels crab legs that were cook perfectly taste good I also needed to know the freshness of what they put in my Sushi Rolls so I told them to give in a dish a piece of raw salmon squid and octopus no smell all 3 were ice cold and very fresh so in all they got 3/5 for quality they lost 2 stars for Dirty toilets dirty tablets there tablets should be wipe with Lysol Disinfectant wipes for example it's fast smells good and customer will notice They owner or chef cook should not eat at table or sit there looking at employees work it makes it to military-run and maybe that's why servers are so uptight and can't let loose never never never pass the vacuum cleaner while people eat never so I have never wrote a so long analysis but there is many things wrong with that place but it has so much potential CAUSE quality and freshness is there and for quality 25 Dollars is not to much for seafood, seafood is expensive so mr. owner do not reply to this Analysis and give me excuses just change things and next month I will go eat there again and let you...

Wanted to give it a second chance this evening and honestly we will NEVER set foot in the place again !! Buffet bar was almost empty, anything left was a shriveled dried up tasteless mess, waited and waited for it to be replenished but no such luck. Wife ordered sushi from the tablet menu- very confusing and almost impossible to navigate back to the menue as once the page times out you have to find your way back and nothing is in English until you actually get back to the menue page. Sushi itself was actually ok and presented well, I ordered Ginger beef which never arrived ! Asked the server and was told that's at the buffet bar. I assumed it was freshly replenished but no - still the same dried up mess from 40 mins beforehand. Decided to order another round of sushi - now we were being charged $11.95 per dish on top of the buffet cost !! Promptly left never to return ! Honestly paid almost $70 for Terrible service, equally terrible cooked food - sushi rolls were ok, very disappointed- should have known because it was busy time but the place was empty, it was the same months before at lunch hour - not busy at all. Read moreI haven’t been to I love sushi since 2014 and decided to go out with my wife on a Saturday. All I really like is sashimi since I don’t eat rice and stick with a very low carb diet. I put in one order at 5:58 for 12 pieces of sashimi and it didn’t arrive until 6:40! I had to go ask the front of staff where the order was twice. The lady didn’t seem to really care too much and talked to the kitchen staff. She came back and told me “later later” I did put in two more orders since I thought they might’ve missed the original order. I had to speak to her a second time, and she grabbed the iPad from us and seemed annoyed that we kept bothering her. After speaking with the waitress directly, who was serving our table our orders finally came. I was so disappointed with the quality of the food here. The sashimi was mush and not high quality, very small bite sized pieces and I completely lost my appetite after reading some people got food poisoning here. I’m not really sure what happened to this place because back in 2014 I was a satisfied customer. The washrooms were very dirty as well. Definitely not coming back to this place ever again. Makes me really sad to write this review. Feels like I wasted $66 on poor service...
