This was the most dirty Tim Hortons I have ever seen. Everywhere I looked it was dirty. The coffee machines, the ovens, behind the counter counters...every machine had dirt and grime in the in the rails. I'm calling health and safety to check if this is considered a health violation. I never realized how spoiled I am at all my Winnipeg Tim Hortons. Disgusting that none of the staff are too dam lazy to clean. But, they were friendly. Response to the owner. Just go visit your store and do a deep clean. I have no idea if you visit your store on a regular basis..When ever I see any food related business and I see that level of uncleanliless, I then question the quality of the food. If you dont care about the look of the store, why care about the quality of the food. Are you storing your food properly, are you dating the food properly. If I was too walk into your food storage area, or a health inspector. Would you feel confident enough that it would pass an inspection..? Maybe if you come to Winnipeg, check out the Tim's. I'm certain there all well kept. I booked my hotel to be next to your store. I'm a Tim's fan, so disappointing to see that i wont return now. No issue with the staff...
Read moreI visited this Tim Hortons recently and witnessed something that really bothered me. A couple of Indigenous individuals were inside, and the staff spoke to them very rudely, repeatedly saying things like “Hurry up” and “Get out” in a harsh, demeaning tone.
I was deeply disappointed in the staff member’s behavior. There was a clear arrogance in his manner, as if he held some kind of authority over them. Everyone—regardless of their circumstances—deserves to be treated with kindness and respect.
Even if the staff had concerns about people idling or sitting for too long, there are ways to handle such situations with dignity and compassion. A polite, respectful request would have gone a long way instead of acting superior. Life is unpredictable, and it could easily be any one of us in their position one day.
I sincerely hope this location takes steps toward fostering a more empathetic and humble environment, including proper customer service training and cultural sensitivity education. A little empathy can truly make a...
Read moreI love Tim Hortons coffee, but one worker in particular needs to learn some customer service at this location! I'm not quite sure why, but whenever I go to Tim Hortons she's rude. She rolls her eyes, talking to the other workers in her language, and it seems like she's mocking people or talking about them. This isn't all in my head either my husband noticed it today when we went there as well. She looked at me and snickered then started saying something in her language to the other worker. The other worker looked at her with disapproval when she saw that I was watching them. I'm sure she told that lady to stop talking about badly. Also for the 3rd time, our coffees weren't filled up all the way, so we tried asking her politly to fill them up. She pretty much ignored us and we had to say excuse me mame four times before she even acknowledged us! I know other people who have had similar experiences. I was a daily customer but I won't be using this...
