TwilightBite — Restaurant in Revelstoke

We had a terrible experience with this food truck in Revelstoke. We placed our order and waited over an hour with no updates. It’s a food truck, not a full restaurant — yet there was no communication about how long it would take. I was with my family, and the kids were starving.

After waiting an hour, I asked about our order and was casually told, “Just 5–10 more minutes.” Completely unacceptable. I understand you're busy, but it's your responsibility to let customers know the wait time up front. That’s basic service.

First time I’ve ever experienced such poor service from a food truck. If you still decide to try them, make sure you ask the wait time first — don’t assume it will be quick.

Best Japanese fusion I’ve had! So much food and such fresh ingredients. Bento box special for today with smoked salmon and cucumber sushi rolls with fresh quinoa salad and the chicken was absolutely perfect. Karaage chicken with rice, the sauces worked so well the fried chicken. The food and service are outstanding! Seriously… the homemade sauces are the best I’ve tasted. Best pad Thai I’ve ever tasted and the terriyaki was soooooo good too! Thank you! The reason I took 1 star off service is we were given a choice to eat in or take out so we chose eat in and there was no where to sit after we checked so we had to switch to to go. Not a big deal, but might be better to ask customer to check if there are seats before...
