Ordered through Uber Eats, and received a call from the restaurant that the items I ordered are not available. They said they can't cancel the order and told me to do it. So I tried to cancel it on Uber Eats but it didn't allow me to.
I called the restaurant for them to cancel it, but they refused and asked me if I want alternatives. I didn't really want any other items but I told them different items for their sake, since they couldn't cancel the order. They confirmed my new order and I waited. AAAAND 5 minutes later, they canceled it. Is this a joke?
First, they lied that they can't cancel the order not to take the responsibility (they told me to cancel it myself probably because they wanted to avoid paying the cancellation fee). Second, they canceled it even without notifying me after confirming my order on the phone.
It's just hilarious that they call customers only when they don't want to take the blame for their mistake.

Firstly I did not receive any of the sauces I ordered. This is not the reason for a bad review. While frustrating it is an easy mistake to make.
The food was very very poor quality. The fries were over seasoned to the point they were almost inedible. The chicken was insanely bad. The chicken skin was so dark it seemed maybe the oil in the fryers hasn’t been changed or the chicken sat in the oil too long. The chicken was absolutely saturated with oil. The chicken is so bad it couldn’t possibly be excused.
Recap: Fries - gross (had to throw most of them out) Chicken - gross ( we each had 1 piece and threw the rest out) Popcorn chicken - good but the sauces were not delivered. Drinks - cold and delivered in a separate bag. This is great.

Read moreThis location closes at 12am, so I went there 40 minutes early received my food at 11:30pm was about to sit on a table to eat my food, but the worker tells me to go outside because she started cleaning up the tables. There were other people at the restaurant as well and they weren't happy about buying the food and getting kicked out. First of all if a restaurant supposed to close at 12am then the dining area should be open until 12am, and cleaning should begin when restaurantis closed! Secondly when costumers are buying food at the counter, cashier should inform the costumer that the dining area is closed (only take outs), so costumers have to decide if they should buy for take out or go to other restaurants in the same Plaza.
Very unprofessional by the restaurant staff, this is not how guests (costumers) should be treated. Very disrespectful! Will never visit this place again, and regret tipping...
