Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Sidney

I debated leaving a review as I know how much they affect a business but my Pizza arrived to my home completely cold and hard as a rock. The Ben & Jerrys I ordered was also really soft.

It took over an hour from ordering to delivery and I am a 10 minute drive from the store. How long was my pizza and ice cream sat on the side waiting to be delivered? It was thin crust so I know it didn’t take 50 minutes to cook!

I ordered through the website as I know how food delivery companies charge the company fees but if this location cannot deliver warm pizza then what’s the point?

The world is short staffed and we must all be kind but if a business is short staffed make changes to your processes.

Only offer your food via food delivery apps or pickup. Cook the pizza closer to expected departure from the store. Don’t take the ice cream out of the freezer until your walking out the door. Only a few ways you could start to sort out...

Absolute trash. Every time I order the customer service is awful. The last 3 times I’ve ordered they have forgotten something and I have to wait to get it. Today I just received and order and surprise! They forgot my dips. I called and said this is the third time this has happened, she says “sorry, do you want the dips now?” Obviously I want the dips now I just ordered! Pizza today tastes like it was just sitting there for awhile, it’s not even hot and I’m a 2 minute drive from the location. I won’t be ordering again and I’ll be sharing my experience with others. Also, the last time I ordered they were 45 minutes late. I called and asked what was going on, I said “how much longer?” She said “I don’t know maybe 15 minutes” I said “you’re already 30 minutes late..” she replies with “ya.” I don’t know why I’ve bothered to give it so...

To be clear, I'm giving this 4 stars with the understanding that we all know what to expect from a low price food chain. This is not a "this is the best pizza I've ever had" kind of review. This is to hopefully boost their abysmal rating a little, because 2.9 isn't an accurate depiction of the service and value I've received here. We've ordered by phone and desktop site and mobile app. All have gone uneventfully without issue.

The pizza is great value. At the time of writing, they have a promotion for Medium 2-topping pizzas for $7.99 each (can buy two at this price, then goes up a buck for all others). This is around a dollar a slice--solid value.
