Edit: this is the only bubble tea place I know in the world that wonât let you adjust the sugars and ice levels of your drink, which I understand sugar level, but ice level? Like literally youâre making it from scratch and just donât put ice or less. Are they that cheap that they donât want to give you more tea/juice? Iâm disappointed in their quality too, tea doesnât have enough tea flavour and fruit tea doesnât have enough fruit flavour. Iâm so upset I spent $200 at this place for a gift card that now I have to finish, to hopefully not them closing down any time soon. I donât see why people would be repeat customers if their quality tastes like water.
I got their oolong latte and it was the most watery sugar tea I ever drank. Might as well have mixed sugar and water together. There was no tea taste at all. I would highly not recommend ordering any of their milk tea drinks. Their fruit teas on the other hand or a little better because at least the fruit tea masks the lack of tea taste. I regret getting the promotion they had for paying $100. Hoping they donât close down before I finish...
   Read moreThey could improve a lot by simply using the correct words in both Mandarin and English on their menu. I tried to order one of the drinks from the âTop 10â list, but the name was confusing, in Mandarin it said âOolong Tea with Milk and Red Bean,â but the English version didnât mention oolong tea at all.
Because of this, I politely asked the staff whether the drink actually contained oolong tea. Unfortunately, her attitude wasnât great. When I tried to explain that I was asking because of the confusion on the menu, she responded with, âOH I DONâT SPEAK Mandarin.â
That wasnât even the point!! If I expected her to speak Mandarin, I wouldâve spoken Mandarin to begin with. Maybe she was having a bad day, and I get that, but a slightly kinder response wouldâve made the interaction so much better.
And to the owner: it would be great if you could either correct the wording on the menu or just...
